Location was great, near subway entrance and close to many restaurants and shops. Front desk staff helped call us a cab on last day in middle of the night as we realized we couldn’t call for a larger van (to fit our suitcases) via Kakao taxi.

Room was very small, barely fit our suitcases and nowhere to walk with the 4 of us inside and suitcases, not able to throw tissue into toilet (which took time to get used to) and not being able to use my hair straightener or blow dryer

The location was great as it was near to the metro, restaurants and shopping. The room was small yet comfortable. Water was replenished every day in the room, which was convenient when heading out for the day. I was able to check in a bit early as I had an overnight flight and by midday, desperately needed to shower and rest.

The fan in the room was very noisy and the whole ceiling seemed to vibrate when the light was on. The air con malfunctioned òn the second day, so I had to switch rooms, but that worked out as I received an upgraded room.

The location is excellent and you can buy and eat everynight till 11pm. You can also buy all signature handgift from the shops nearby the hotel. There are foot message shop and tasty korean restaurant just next to the hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room is small or smaller that what i expected from the photo. The bath tub or the bath room is small. Tower provide looks old. But I cannot say it is not clean. The slipper provide is so strange just like a paper....

Conveniently located near the subway station and night market. The Airport Shuttle Bus drop-off point is also walking distance to the hotel. That is the reason why we decided to take the bus instead of the train. The room is also clean and cosy. I slept well during my stay.

The room is not so soundproof as I can hear people talking outside since my room was located near the lift.

Staff were friendly and courteous. They were very helpful in assisting with directions and organizing transportation to the airport. Excellent location in the heart of shopping & street food!

Looks a little outdated and can look more modern inside each room but still enjoyed the stay.

There was random guy who came into our property which shook us while we were in the bed. He looked like another hotel guest however was able to swipe into our hotel room?? We complained to front reception and card was changed immediately.

Everything was perfect from location to cleanliness, the staff was cooperative

We had a small issue with one of the staff at checkout when we had to leave our luggage but the hotel manager was very nice and helped

The location is amazing. The room was clean and the housekeeping was good too. There is a free laundry room to do our laundry.

No dressing table and proper lighting to get ready. And rather inflexible with early check ins.

Friendly staff, accessible location, clean and nice hot shower with bathtub. It is in the middle of central Seoul so the room size is small but definitely will go back again.

There was a toilet smell on lobby sometimes..

The location is excellent! right in the middle of Myeongdong. Comfort room.

There is no common area or facilities. There is a garden on the eighth floor but it looks like it is not used and is abandoned.
