- very close to myeongdong station(subway) and attractions - standard room size (not too small from I imagined) - give a lot of toiletries - very well English speaking - there is a weight measurement for measuring your bag on the last day before go to airport - there is a coffee maker/drinking water provided

- not separate dry and wet bathroom - only short towl provided (but you can take as you need) - after 11 pm main entrance will close you need to get in from the backdoor I think it’s a bit too dark and scary

Very convenient location. If you intend to join tours by Klook, the station pick up is just a short 3min walk away (unless you have young children) Shopping district so u can shop and drop off shopping bag then back to shop again! Then Olive Young nearby is huge! Regret not buying more before I move to other parts of Korea bcos the other Olive Young I visited were not as big. Staff at check in was friendly and approachable.

Recycling is a big part in Korea. So when we packed food to eat at the common lounge, we were being watched by another person (not the same guy who did the check in) to ensure that we really place the items into the right corner. Ended up spending half an hour to sort and clean up. So I think it’s less stressful to eat out. Might have been a little different if the guy was more approachable and smiled a little more. The beds were not comfortable, but for that price and location, can’t expect much. Bring your own towels, unless u don’t mind the heavy detergent smell.

1. its just so happen the room that was given has its bad smell even if they have a spray given. 2. would be nice if they let us use of the common area 24hrs because like us we usually have a tour package so we do need to wake up early and it would give a big help if we could have a small meal/coffee before we go. 3. the plug is not universal ( they should have it upgraded)

The staff was super friendly and very detailed in sharing the information you need to know. I had my own room for some privacy and it was very clean. The size of the room was relatively small but I spent most of the time outside so it didn't bother me. Location is super close to Myeongdong station and the shopping area.

The entrance was a bit hard to find, but once you get to the left side of the building and find the elevator, you're good 👍 And the wall is kinda thin so you just have to tire out yourself before going back for some rest.

Awesome location yet almost no noise from the streets below (double paned windows). Bed was comfy, AC much welcome, bathroom small but perfectly fine. The room also had a mini-fridge. There is a small shared kitchen too next to the reception which we didn't use (with so much street food around) but could come in handy if you want to make something simple / heat something up.

The walls were a bit thin so when our neighbours stayed up late and chatted until the early morning hours, that woke us up a few times during the night.

Excellent location, close to public transport and many shops. A comfortable and satisfactory single room. The staff is lovely, especially Leo! The shower without a partition with the toilet, this is neither positive nor negative, you can see it in the pictures, it is only important to know who it bothers. There are no more breakfasts on site, there is a coffee machine and water for free use all day.

Entering the building after 11 p.m through a back entrance in the parking lot, there were sometimes drainage problems in the toilet but they took care of it

The location is central & very convenient. Lots of street food and eating places nearby. The staff is very helpful and both gentlemen and the lady spoke good English. Our flight arrived close to midnight & we were trying to catch the airport bus but we received notice from guesthouse advising us to travel by train instead becos the snow is very slippery. The hotel arranged the access card at reception so we could enter our room when we arrived at odd hour. Free flow of coffee & drinking water. The pantry is also accessible if you need to make drinks or warm up your food. They allow guests to take additional towels at the reception. Rooms are small but manageable and has a portable heater. Good thing they have lift so that we do not have to lug our baggage up flight of stairs as in the cases of some places. For their price, service & friendliness this place is highly recommended.

The guest house is located on a very prime location in the heart of the Myeongdong market. Everything is easily available the moment you step off the place. The best part is it's hardly 2-3 minutes walk to bus stop and metro station. Even airport limousine stops in front of the guest house. Daiso is just a few steps away. It's a clean and well maintained place.
