Refill of water, tea and coffee as well as toiletries everyday, the rooms were always clean and freshly made for us to return to comfortably

The location is great, very near to a busy shopping area (Myeong Dong), but yet away from the noise. It was quiet in my room even over the weekend nights. The staff were polite and efficient - don’t expect a leisurely chat with them though (just how I like it).

While there was air conditioning, it was thermostat-operated and totally switched off when it arrived at the set temperature. This is good for saving energy, but meant that the air in the room would be very still for pockets of time at night, to the point of being stuffy, before the air conditioning restarted.

Great location. Walking distance to Namdaemun market, Shinsegye and Lotte department stores and Myeongdong outdoor markets. Less than a mile from Namsan tower cable car station(bit of a steep walk tho). Other great food options just outside the building. Staff were very helpful and friendly with quick service.

Beds weren't the most comfortable. Too soft for me. The room wasn't as big as I had expected based on the description. They advertise as a "hotel" but is closer to a Best Western or Ramada Inn in the U.S. At least that's what felt like to me. It's not necessarily a knock and I did hear from our tour guide everything is called a "hotel" in Korea.

Location! The Hotel is in Myeongdong, just out of the shopping streets but literally 1 minute away from it. Again, you're in Myeongdong so you've got everything you can possibly need. Next to the Hotel there is a convenience store (always handy) and so many other cafés (Starbucks, Eydia Coffe, etc...). The Myeongdong tube station is 2/3mins away from the Hotel, so that's perfect! The staff are very polite and friendly. The room has everything AND the shower is western style, so it is separated from the sink, which I was struggling to find in other hotels. My room was facing the big street BUT it was on the 6th floor so I couldn't hear the traffic (I also don't mind at all the traffic noise). If you do, maybe ask to have a room in the higher floors. Security 24h is convenient too. The hotel smells really nice throughout the floors, which is not crucial for the decision-making but definitely a positive point (especially after a long day). None, I liked everything! Maybe the mattress a bit too hard compared to what I am used to in Europe but (having talked to other people who visited Korea) I am pretty sure this is really common in Korea, so it's not the Hotel's fault.

Proximity of the property to Myeongdong shopping district (easy walking distance and yet away from the noise), and 2 min walk from Myeongdong subway station (stairs only no elevator ) are plusses. Size of room is acceptable for a 3 star hotel. Daily room cleaning and top up of water bottles and coffee/tea appreciated

Property is tired and in need of a refresh . Carpet is worn and hair and stuff are stuck on the carpet. I like size of shower cubicle and water pressure is good. No need for bathtub. They also lend us umbrellas for the rainy days. They only supplied 1 bath towel even though there are 2 people staying. We have to ask for extra bath towel everyday. No view from my room even though I requested for it in advance.

The location is very accessible to bus and subway.. few steps away from Myeongdong street. The location and the property is safe to stay with, very accommodating staff, luggage storage for free is great comfort esp for guests like us who arrived way ahead of the check in time, very generous with toiletries and very clean room, most of all bed is very comfortable!

My family and I wished to have stayed longer to enjoy the property a bit more… I wish that there will be bidet in the toilet next time we stay there..

The hotel is a few station for Seoul KTX and AREX Station. Myeongdong Station is just a few steps away. Myeongdong Street Market is just behind the hotel. You can enjoy many street foods and beauty products at Myeongdong.

There is no shelter to the train station when it is raining. Have to travel quite a distance to Exit 1 of Myeongdong Station as Only Exit 1 have lift to bring down those big luggage. Else have to carry down via the stair at the nearest entrance to the station.

We chose this hotel because it was located near the Metro. I booked a room with room with three beds and one with a double bed and we were able to stay on the same floor. The front desk folks were super friendly. We arrived early and our check in was at 3pm. We were able to put our suitcases down and leave to grab lunch. We were informed that our room was ready at 2:30pm. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was roomy enough for three people. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very accommodating.

always love to stay here every time we’re in Seoul. great location with reasonable price. glad the hotel resume to service after long hold during the pandemic.

this time we have some idles with towels during our 4-night stay. guess they’re fully booked and cannot clean towels to rotate in time.
