Comfortable rooms, clean, good breakfast, polite personnel, very well situated

There was someone’s birthday in our group and I’ve called to ask the hotel for an extra: a bottle of champagne to be found in the room at arrival- I’ve been refused! ‘Don’t have’ was the answer I got. Found it shocking, as upon arrival I realised that they were actually serving champagne…. In the restaurant, our dinner was a complete disaster, they kept rushing and pushing us, brought the sweets and set them on top of dirty dishes from main course and then completely disappears after we paid, leaving us with a table with dirty dishes because it was past 21.30, the restaurant’s closing time….

Excellent location in middle of tourist area and easy walk to multiple eateries, metro station and money changer. Close to Chinese embassy in high security area, very safe even at 2 AM at night you will feel safe in this hotel area. Excellent breakfast and accomodative staff. Comfortable room with all amenities including TV with streaming/tethering.

You need to change a lift to reach your rooms but it was not a major issue. Pool is a little small and crowded in the evening.

The rooms were comfortable, clean. Lighting was excellent as it could be adjusted to be daytime bright or low and relaxing. The staff was professional and responsive. The breakfast buffet was quite good with a wide variety of choices.

The thermostat in the room seemed quirky as we had trouble getting the right temperature to remain stable. Also, the genie ipad like device didn’t seem to work so well when were were looking to choose a nearby restaurant.

New Hotel in the middle of the shopping district of Myeongdong. Staffs are amazing specially front desk supervisor Ms. Sally Ji

To get to the hotel is a challenge but to find the reception is a worst challnge. Noboday can do anything about.

Love the location! Myeong-dong shopping district + night market on walking distance. Lots of good food just around the corner, and oh, they have CU (minimarket) in the building too. Best! Another plus is that the room is so spacious and the bed was wonderful!

They should’ve cleaned the room better.

Functionality of the rooms, fitness room was just about that right, clean and very modern

The way up to the rooms you have to go through several steps of changing the lifts, the cafe shop charged extra orbital amounts for coffee, there is no waiting area for guests and they should effectively wait by buying coffee

perfect location,close to shopping,cafes,restaurants and few steps from metro station which allows u to explore most of Seoul.Even bus from airport stops on main street a few steps from the hotel.The rooms are big and clean,very modern,good wifi and super staff always helping you with every need.I ask them about the DMZ tour and they arranged everything.Buffet breakfast is fantastic.

only downside to this wonderful stay was the weird smell in the rooms.

we loved the interior design of the hotel price was reasonable for location it’s great to have been able to check in earlier then 4pm, it was very accommodating for children

the language barrier was a bit difficult but we eventually understood each other
