The location to Myeong-dong walking street is awesome. It takes 2 minutes walking to get to the heart of that street from the hotel. The laundry washers and dryers (2 units each) are large and fast to use, a little over an hour from start to finish. There is also a stop for the Inchon airport shuttle bus that is a 3-minute walk from the hotel (which was very inexpensive and convenient).

The double beds (1 x full and 1 x twin) room are terribly small for the price paid!!! You must be very careful when walking in the room due to trip hazards around the beds (being right next to the walls) and limited walk space between bed and desk area. There is a 6 inch rise when stepping into the bathroom area also, make sure to keep the bathroom light on to see it.

The hotel is in a great location for my needs. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast next door was excellent.

The size of the room in relation to size of the bed was marginal. Absolutely no space between the bed and the walls which made certain aspects of the stay challenging. Also, the HVAC was seemingly turned off during the winter months, which made the room uncomfortably hot, even keeping the tiny window open didn't help much. After a few days, the staff brought a fan into the room, which did help somewhat.

Mr Jungwoo Kim is the best!!! He accommodated us real well! He gave me and my family 3 rooms (since there were 8 of us) all in 1 floor and near each other. Whenever i would call and ask him something, he would always deliver. I also like that its near Myeongdong.

Hotel is still old fashioned when it comes to the sockets. I hope they would change it to international sockets or maybe a type c plug since a lot of foreigners stay there. It eould be more convenient especially when charging phones / tablets. The flush in the toilet is not very strong. There are no accessible bathrooms especially for the elderly or the disabled. Most bathrooms have tubs and no walk-in showers. Some rooms are so small especially the 3 beds and have no space for large luggagesl.

The hotel is superbly located in the heart of Myeongdong. So, we could just walk to do our shopping and choose our place to eat. This was particularly helpful on the only rainy day we had during our stay. Many money changers with good rates across the road. The laundry of the hotel has a convenient laundry with two sets of washer/dryer of very large capacity. The washer works fine with the Wowpass card, which has a machine installed at the hotel by the way. This is definitely a good place to stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We got the newly renovated room so it looks new. Bathroom was big but no bathtub. Bed is comfy. Near shopping area. They let us leave our luggage before check in and after check out.

Our room was at the ground floor. There was no view. Subway exit was near but long walk to the train. Airport bus stop going to the hotel was quite near but airport bus stop going to the airport was quite far. We had to carry lots of luggage.

- Location - excellent! * Close to metro station (and underground mall) - Line 2 * Lots of coffee shops nearby * Two 7-11 convenience stores within one block * Lots of shopping - Olive Young flagship store and Daiso close by! * Myeongdong Market (enjoy the street food in the evening) * Lots of restaurants - look for the smaller, hidden restaurants (good food and better pricing) - Housekeeping staff was quick to provide towel change, toiletries, water, etc. - Filtered water available in the hallway (to refill our water bottles) - Luggage scale - Express check-out (drop card in the box) - Inside slippers - Bidet (with temperature control) - Guest lounge area (with A/C) * Self-service washers/dryers (2 of each) (4,000 won - cash or credit card) (1,000 won - detergent available for purchase) * Self-serve storage lockers (free) * Tables and chairs - nice area to eat (instead of in the room)

These are just small inconveniences: - Could use some shelves/table top to organize our things - Shower curtain would cling while showering - Slow elevator - Not completely sound-proof

The hotel is located in the center of Myeongdong and next to the Skypark Central Hotel (nearest subway station is Euljiro-1(il) ga and nearest bus station is Euljiro station or Myeongdong station) which means you’re able to explore Seoul pretty easily. It’s also not strategically located not smack between the stores (unlike Skypark Myeongdong 1) which means you don’t have to deal with so many people in front of your hotel so that’s a bonus. Love the facilities such as coin laundry, microwave, and common area in level B2. There’s also a Coway machine in front of my room which is great.

The room is too small for two person, there’s barely any space to put our luggage or unpack anything because the closet is next to the bed with no moving space. There’s little to no room for ventilation too.

The location, decor and comfort of the room. Overall excellent in price/quality ratio.

The room had only one light switcher for all the lights away from the bed... So if I wanted to shut down the lights and go to sleep I have to get up, turn it off and then go back to sleep in the dark... Not ideal... Breakfast isn't great either and had to be taken on the nearby brother hotel.

I really recommand this hotel for solo traveller. Felt safe, good staff with good communication, near 2 main subway line which make things so much easier. The room itself was okay for me, space for clothes and my suitcases. Might consider to put the boiler near a plug but honestly it is a tiny detail. Namsan Tower view and perfect cleaning service.

The location was great - very close to the underground and bus stops and so close to the good shopping streets. The staff were wonderful - so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was at the hotel next door and was lovely, with plenty of variety.

The room was tiny for three people - there were no cupboards so we kept our clothes in our cases but these had to be kept upright as there was not enough room to lay them flat. There was a double and a single bed but they were pushed together and against a wall - it was a challenge!
