Location is in the heart of shopping districts in Myeongdong, lots of restaurants nearby. The receptionist in the evening is very friendly. I like the welcome and goodbye snacks.

It's cold in the bedroom. They dont refill the breakfast when the other guest emptied it, so if you take your breakfast late, you're lucky if there's any left. Charge 5% if you pay by card. The shower hose is uncomfortable. There is no big towel, just hand towels.

the male staff one, forgot to ask his name. i had an issue about free drink from convince store bcz i thought its not halal. but he helped me to explain further. the room is small, but believe me its super cozy and clean also. perfect since it was at attractive spot.

I’m rating it as an 8 because the aircon is working in late October! Yey! This is a hostel so don’t expect much. When I booked, I knew it was a small room so I already expected there won’t be space for open luggages. So we just took out what we needed from the suitcase, closed it up again, so there would be walking space. Also, the bathroom is very tight, but we knew we were booking a hostel and it was shown in the picture that the shower and toilet are in the same area. But then again, because there is working aircon and very kind staff, and it’s in a GREAT location, it has good value for money.

There is no handheld bidet so I needed to utilize the handheld shower. That was inconvenient for me that there was no handheld bidet.

We loved the air conditioning , location, staff, and it was clean. This is a hostel not a hotel, and had all we needed without having to pay for luxury we didn’t need and didn’t want to pay for. Very satisfied.

It was okay for us, but people who are used to soft beds might not like the very firm beds :-). The air conditioning worked very well, but there was no ventilation with fresh air. So 4 people in one room sure raised the carbon dioxide levels during the night. Bearing in mind that this is a hostel not a hotel, we feel that this should not deduct from our rating though.

The staff is so kind, especially the young lady! The room has everything you need. You can storage your luggage for free before and after check-in / out. It’s located in the heart of Myeondong. So you have all the shops and food you can dream off and you are right between metro line 1 and 4, so everything in Seoul is easy to reach.

The entrance and elevator are shared with a restaurant. Therefor the elevator can become busy from time to time, because the restaurant needs the elevator to bring the dishes to the second floor.

Althought the staff transfer us from OYO 1 to OYO 6..I will not regret it at all because the OYO 6 very near to Halal Restaurant such as Kampungku, Maewa, Bakso Bajo & Mari Meokja..It's like 5 minute walking distance to Myeondong Exit 3 & so close to Myeondong street. The lobby ground also free to use until late night for quiet chatting & coffee time. Last but not least, OYO staff are very helpful 🫰🏻 Definitely a great place to stay 😊

Thanks a lot to the staff who patiently helped us book a room right at the spot and were super friendly! The location is just a 10 out of 10 - you go out the hostel and ring yourself in the large night market with tons of stores, street vendors, etc. A metro station is very close, so it’s easy to get whenever you want.

The walls are a little too thin here. Also, there’s a local restaurant downstairs, and some might find it smelly. Nothing gets to the hostel itself, yet the experience on entering the hostel might be unpleasant a bit.

Didn’t really expect such comfort in a hostel! The staff were really helpful and friendly! They were able to recommend some restaurants and tours. The room was warm and the communal kitchen had everything you need.

The reception is only available from 8am to 10pm so when we had the issue of hot water we did not have anyone to contact.

Great location. You almost forget it's cold outside. Very efficient heating and polite and helpful staff. Good with children too.

One of the rooms didn't have heating but they provided a space heater.

The hostel is located right in amidst Myeongdong - the shopping district in Seoul. It is quite convenient as there are several subway lines and buses in the vicinity. The staff team was more than friendly and incredibly informative for us. The team also prepared some snacks both when we arrived and when we left the hostel.

The hostel is quite small and the wall was quite thin. We could hear the TV sound from each other's rooms.
