Check in was very easy and all the staff were very nice, especially housekeeping. Even when I didn't want to ask for linen services, she kindly offered each morning when I saw her. Anything I needed, she was willing to help, even though my Korean was not strong. I felt very safe in my room and at the location, which was very important for me traveling alone. The room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The curtains blocked the light well, the air conditioning worked, there was an air purifier, safe, and bidet, robes, and slippers. I really appreciated seeing the friendly faces of the staff when I left and came home each day. There's also laundry, a gym, restaurant, bar, terrace, foot spa, Korean restaurant, and 7-11 onsite. The foot spa option was amazing!

Although I did enjoy the restaurant, I felt that for the price, it could have offered more for the value. It's buffet style for breakfast and lunch, but I thought it could use more variety. I was also only provided water for one of my meals, even though I ate there five times. It's a very nice atmosphere though and great city views.

Great location and nice hotel, but the price was a little high side.

Price

Location is a short walk away from the subway and this hotel is located in the Gangnam business district. A few cafes are walk distance away which offers coffee in the early morning for the working crowd. Nearest shopping mall should be COEX mall which is a few subway stops away. Room is nice, clean and modern. Wifi is good too. There is also a small 7-eleven at the basement of this hotel building.

So far so good for our stay there. Location is kind of far from the touristy area but this hotel should be good for business travellers. The lifts are usually busy and crowded especially when hotel lobby is located on the 9th floor and there are many human traffic.

Very convenient and smart hotel. Everything was good, the staff is very dedicated, rooms are very convenient, Breakfast was tasty: omelet, fruits, soups, vegetables, yogurt, croissants. There are not toothbrushes, due to ecological reasons. Really 100 steps from Metro station and 500 steps from COEX.

I would suggest to add an option “Breakfast early morning departure”: Lunch box with yogurt, apple, small pack of juice, 2-3 croissants. It would be very convenient for guests who leave the hotel before 6:30 when breakfast starts.

What I liked the most was Housekeeping's efforts and keeping the room tidy. Despite not requesting to make up the room, I was pleasantly surprised on my first day to return at night to a tidied room. The bathroom had everything you need, and in an effort to go green you can pick up more amenities on a need basis at a vending machine downstairs. I don't like the fact that I had to pay for a toothbrush, but the amount was nominal and the service was easy to access. I generally felt very comfortable in this hotel. It was my first ever work trip, and I'm glad to have had my anxiety relieved by the wonderful service and facilities at L7 Gangnam.

The lifts. I don't think supply is meeting demand. My worst experience was waiting almost 5 minutes for the lift.

Good location. Airport limo bus only 40m away and near seolleung station too. There is a lovely park behind which is actually the burial ground of royalty. The staff are helpful despite some being limited in English abilities. The cleaning staff are good and honest. This is fuss- free basic lodgings, so paper cups are provided. There is a self laundry available which well equipped. Overall this was a great place to stay. Much quieter than myeongdong. Check in and out fuss free

One pillow provided that was a little too soft for my liking.

whenever I am in Seoul, I always stay in this branch of L7. The location is excellent. It's very close to Seolleung Station, it has plenty of shops, and coffee shops around the street, and there is plenty of good restaurant across the road as well. There is a 7 eleven in the basement of the building, and two CU branches on the same street. I love the staff and the facilities, the hotel has a great laundry room and gym. The room is a good size for two people, it's a beautiful modern room and very clean. The room is very quiet and the windows give a gorgeous view of the city.

Utilitarian hotel in the heart of Gangnam. Nice rooms and view from top floors. Simple breakfast buffet with a nice selection of items.

Elevators are slow, and because the hotel only really starts on the 9th floor, they are very active. All tourist attractions are in the northern part of Seoul and require a hour's subway trip.

The room was lovely and the view was fantastic. I loved the fact that it had an inexpensive self-service laundry downstairs. The staff were great, their English was terrific and they were very helpful. The L7 product is reliably good. We stayed in Myeondong L7 as well. Thank you for holding our main luggage while we went on a night trip out of town.

I think you need to update the airport limo bus service timetable. We waited outside in the cold for nearly 30 minutes and this made us worry about whether we would get to the airport in time. I don't think it was just running late, I genuinely think your timetable was wrong. I also felt that Gangnam was too far out of the city for us. We came here because we wanted to be close to the COEX mall, but that was a bit of a disappointment. And it's a long Taxi fare to anywhere over the other side of the bridge. I also didn't like the fact that you charge 30% for late checkout to 3pm. I think that was a bit rich - if the room is available why not let people have it.

Great views from the rooms and a really great buffet for breakfast and dinner.
