Location is superb. 7-Eleven and G25 less than 1 minute away from entrance. 2 coffee places - Mammoth and Starbucks less than 1 min away. 1 street away from Myeongdong Main Street. Can’t find a better location than this! Duvet was extremely warm and comfortable. Housekeeping was superb and the brown rice green tea given was delicious. Also appreciated the commercial washer and dryer. 3000 won to wash and 3000 yen to dry. Totally worth it. Gym was small but serviceable. Toilet amenities given are good. I really like the body lotion! Water pressure from the shower was brilliant after a long day outside. Staff was really helpful in helping us to get a cab at 5AM in the morning. Kudos to the male staff working on 11 Feb, 5am. Thank you so much!

Only 1 socket available for charging, and it was slightly wonky. I had to unplug the wall lamp to free up another plug. Indoor air was extremely dry, wish they would offer a humidifier option.

The hotel is located very conveniently next to a Lotte department store and very close to the Myeongdong night market. The entrance to the underground market almost directly brings you to the food court of the Lotte department store. Directly next to the hotel there is a Starbucks and a GS25 convenience store. The hotel has a coin laundry on 3F. Detergent and softener are included in the fee for the machine (W 3000) The hotel and its rooms are stylishly decorated and give a sense of luxury.

The room was a bit small and does not offer a lot of space for your suitcases or cupboards for storing your clothes. The pillows were too soft for my liking and the hotel did not have any firmer pillows. Although we had booked for three persons (2 adults, 1 child) only two sets of towels were offered every day.

Pls change your hotel's postcode posted on booking.com 10456 is not a correct postcode (the correct one is 04532). This is very misleading since we have to indicate it when applying for K-ETA or Q-code.

Excellent location - easy access to subway and buses that take us to all the attractions we wanted to visit in Seoul. Being so central, and so close to bus stops or subway station, this allow us to return to our room to re-charge, in between our morning and afternoon excursions. Takes just a couple of minutes to walk to the shops and street stalls of Myeongdong. There's also 2 convenience stores right next to the hotel. Friendly staff. Useful self-service laundry facilities.

For the amount of space in our room (2 double + 1 single bed), I would trade for a smaller bathroom in exchange for a bigger bed/living space, allowing maybe an extra chair or just more floor space for us to open up our luggages. There's an annoying hanging lampshade that is hung very close to one side of the double bed, which I would inadvertently knock my head or arm into when getting on/off that side of the bed. My wife didn't quite like the pillows (not supportive enough). I found the room air-conditioning not cool enough for a really comfortable sleep, but this could be due to some regulations that the hotel have to comply with.

Good Location and modern furnishings

Some lights were not working so room was dim Hairdryer was wonky not working well Under the bed was really dusty, and had other dead insect remains.

Excellent location, across from Myeodong walking street and metro station 5 mins walk away. A lot of food options around, spacious starbucks at level one with really good coffee and desserts. Modern and clean room. They have a weighing scale in the lobby to weigh your luggages to check if they are overweight as well.

Room was extremely small, had 2 big luggages and we couldn't find space to fit our luggages on the floor. Sound proofing not ideal, opposite is office building no views and can get noisy early morning too. The pillows are extremely flat, our heads literally sank in the moment we lie down and stacking 2 pillows does not work too. We couldn't call a cab during peak period when we were trying to go to seoul station with numerous luggages and asked the front desk if there are alternative or if they could help. The lady at the front desk show me kakaoT app and told me to take subway instead, not very helpful.

Best staff I've ever encountered in Korea. Fluent English, always available and kind. The bathroom is modern and clean. Rooms have wooden floors. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is modern and well located just in front of a huge Lotte Department store. On top of that you have access to 2 famous coffee shop franchises, 3 relatively big sized convenience stores within 30m of the hotel. Plenty of good traditional Korean restaurants in the area too.

There was some dust build-up in my room (which caused some runny nose) and sometimes the cleaning team didn't replace/clean certain items but this could be an isolated incident.

Excellent location - Airport shuttle drops off at Westin Josun which is just opp the hotel - 5 mins walk to Euljiro 1-ga station - Lotte shopping and coffee bean is on the opp road, lotte young plaza is just a few steps on the right and starbucks is just next to hotel entrance - Myeongdong shopping district is just across the main road 2. Most staffs are very helpful

I only had 1 bad experience with 1 of staff. I was asking for help to get to another hotel in Incheon (on 2 Nov) after i rechecked in. All he could tell me was, I Don't Know without even trying. This is totally unacceptable for service staff. This is just a single bad experience of all the many Good experiences I had.

Perfect for any traveler! The room was very big and comfy, the staff quite nice, breakfast was good and the location really great for business, leisure or solo travelers!

I would suggest to amend the info about the all-day dining at the on-site restaurant for guest’s convenience, which is misleading since the restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch, and not for dinner (so it is not an all-day facility).
