• there is no room service which is not ideal for longer stays • you message the hotel to get new towels and toiletries • twice the hotel was unable to provided toiletries i asked for so i had to buy my own shower gel • i don’t understand when there is someone at reception as hours seem to be irregular

Location is good, check-in was easy. Instructions were clear - no issues with locating and checking-in. Everything was self service. Common area can be found on Level 5 that is shared.

Bath room has no hanger , lack of places to hang your towel and clothes. Basin was separately located outside the toilet. It would be great if is in the same place. A little inconvenient but all good. Towel provided has a strong chlorine smell hence requested for a change.

Excellent location, lovely bakery and other cafes literally next door. Metro and bus also within less than 5 mins walking distance. Excellent air conditioning.

Room starting to show visible signs of wear but overall hygiene still fine. The beds were so-so: I think the cheap materials of the duvet and mattress make the beds too warm and brooding.

Great location next to Gyode station (line 3 and 2), lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, staff were super helpful and the kitchen area was also nice and clean. Room was very clean and can be cleaned upon request. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean, too. There is a laundry room on the second floor which was convenient. Highly recommended

A bit dark room due to buildings surrounding the hostel. This is however very common in Seoul.

The room was spacious, the common kitchen was also big and with a lot of amenities, just as described. The hostel was overall quiet when we stayed there. I also enjoyed the location, it’s close to the subway, the neighborhood was calm but interesting, with lots of cafés and shops nearby. But what I liked the most was the terrace, really pleasant with a view to the buildings around - and it was open 24h, that’s a plus!

The room could have been cleaner. There was an used toothpaste in the bathroom that I think it shouldn’t have been left there.

The hotel is located in a wonderful area near the metro station. There are many shops and cafes around. The room was very nice and clean, the staff was very friendly. On the 5th floor there is a kitchen with a terrace. I spent a very comfortable time here and I want to come back here again next time.

I really like this place. It is clean and stylish with comfortable beds. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything you need. I also really like the terrace and spent several evenings there. The place is close to the metro station which is convenient. Unfortunately, this area is a little far from the most famous areas of Seoul, but if you need to stay somewhere here, I will recommend it.

Adding toothpaste and extra soap to the bathroom would be nice.

love how quiet the place is and how it’s just a few steps away from the train station. i also appreciate the interior design of the place 💖

there were no desk staff on weekends so it was quite hard to navigate things that we needed during our check-out time. however, this can be fixed by intentionally coordinating your weekend needs in advance during their office hours :)

Great location, just 5 minutes' walk from line 2 and 3. Nice staff who helped in every situation. Very clean room with clean bathroom, TV, table, refrigerator. Restaurants and convenient stores are close by. Parking available and very reasonably priced. Kitchen area is nice and has all kitchen utensils.

self-service, able to get hot water refilled during cold weathers. Entry to the building at night has keypad locked so it’s safe for me (female) at night. everything in the room is sufficient.

check-in needs to be with receptionist and they weren’t always there. So wait time is needed.
