24 hour convenience stores right next to the hotel. Staff are excellent, cannot falter. Extremely clean, the cleaning staff do an excellent job - they should be commended!
The train station was a 15/20 min walk. No walking distance to anything of interest (other than gangnam) if you're here for a tourist visit I would suggest booking something closer to the touristy areas. As we had a child, this was quite inconvenient. Would say it's slightly overpriced for what it is.

Staff extremely helpful and all spoke English. Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious for a city centre hotel and the bed was very comfortable. Location was superb with easy access to subway and buses. 45 minute walk to lovely hillside public parks. They also have a card to show taxi drivers the address of the hotel in English and Korean which was a great help.
Paper cups in the room. But I bought china ones for 60p in a local Daiso store.

Everything was amazing! Hotel located perfectly near Gangnam, so you can walk to any location. It’s a nice and well maintained hotel, stuff is supper friendly and helpful. There is a convenience store next to hotel so you can find literally anything you might need.
There is no room service. But as I understood it’s a common thing in Korea, and there is also convince store right next to building .

Lots of facilities around. In between 2 stations (~ 14min walk). Great buffet breakfast, complimentary water everyday and 24h reception.
The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and not so close to Seoul city centre.

Convenient hotel location in Seocho, comfortable room if a little on the small side, with a great view overlooking Seoul from the higher floors. The room was absolutely spotless each morning.
The lounge is only open in the evenings and, apart from a selection of drinks, only has a few appetisers which are not replenished when empty.

Shilla Stay is a more cost friendly alternative to a lot of the larger hotels (e.g. the Shilla hotel) but the quality of the property was great overall. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, everything you would need + a good location in that part of town.
The rooms are small though cozy.

Very comfortable bed, good sized room and a very good breakfast offering different styles (Asian, European, …). The WLAN worked excellent in the room, so that I was able to work remote. The bus stop for line 6009 (direct service from the airport is just around the corner.
