Great location, good food, helpful staff, fans in bedroom and living room

Pool is not heated, soundproofing is really weak, children playground is small and outdated, no shampoo, soap, salt, oil etc, you only get tv remote from reception (deposit 10 eur needed)

The location was great, near enough to the centre if you wanted it yet far enough away if you didn’t. The staff were outstanding. Very clean and tidy. plenty of sun beds without having to get up early.

A group of very load, foul mouthed Scotish men who upset everyone who eventually were told to shut up and respect other guests. The entertainment room requires up dating as it’s like a 1970s club.

Good value for money, spacious apartment, great sea view and pool view. Lovely food.clean,bright and airy. Nice large pool

Free wi-fi only connected in the lobby area downstairs, and not in the apartment, pool area or restaurant. Poor lighting on the stairs had to keep finding the switch to turn back on.

We had a two bed apartment the place was huge very spacious two twin bedrooms one single bed & sofa bed in sitting room. Pool was nice & good to have a shallow & deep end. Food was OK you get what you pay for fry, cereal each morning, Snack bar with burgers, hotdogs, chips most days, lunch & dinner always had a variety. drinks were fine local spirits, beer, wine & sangria. Staff were amazing so helpful & interacted well with customers. A leg was broke on bed when we arrived it was fixed straight away. Great location Will return again.

Balcony in room was tiny could only for two people with chairs & little table. Room states there's a kettle in room but there wasn't (we just heated water in pot or microwave) we rented a TV remote for €10 deposit but returned it as none of the English channels has a signal & could not retune with remote. Pool & stairs at pool are a bit flakey like the paint is coming off the bottom of them.

The apartment is very clean and it was cleaned up every two days. The location is good if you want to go out , with many restaurants around. Some animations in the evening, but we missed most of them because the receptionist didn't tell us. Price cheaper than other resorts

The equipment is quite old, the pool was very cold (we were there during Christmas time). The resort does not have any parking (though you can find a place within 5-10 mn walking). Food was just acceptable as we had similar dinner every day, and they were not so good. During the evening, there was a lot of noise from the nearby bars. I could not sleep in the living room due to the noise, luckily the isolation is good and the sleeping room was calm. No wifi in the room

the location and the price. Plenty of electric sockets and a couple of USB sockets. Close to a lot of bars and restaurants.

there was very little furniture. No bedside tables, no table and chairs in the kitchen/dining area. No coffee tables to put your drinks on when sitting on the sofas. The apartment had been refurbished. Pictured on the website showed unrefurbished apartments with plenty of furniture. It was odd. We improvised by bringing in the plastic table and chairs on the terrace and used our suitcases as bedside tables.

The size of the apartment was amazing. It's location was very close to everything and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had to stay longer and our original hotel was full so we booked laguna Park for 2 nights. It did the job it has everything you need and it's cheap.

When you come into the reception it doesn't feel very inviting and the ceiling appears to be falling through but once we got out and headed to the apartments we were impressed. The shower in the room stayed hot for about 1 minute then it was freezing. The shower also starts to flood as soon as you're in it which left to the whole living area being wet.

Very helpful staff, nice view from upper floors, good breakfast. Nicely renovated bathroom, neat kichenette, spacious apartment for two. Pretty good location, close to harbour and restaurants. No air con, but new ceiling fans ith remote control in both rooms.

No shower gel, no soap, no dishwashing fluid or sponge. It would be nice to have them in an apartment. It was a bit cold at nights because the window and terrace doors didn't close tight in our room. The two single beds weren't a good solution in the bedroom. They are lightweight and moving around even when you just sit down on them. They were at least pretty comfy. Would be nice to have an option to chose ocean view rooms at booking (even for a bigger price tag).

The food was a good standard and the staff were incredibly cheery and attentive. The room was clean and nothing broken. In fact it looks like the rooms had been refurbed and the shower etc was excellent and beds very comfortable. Good location for everything and after a quick explore and detour off the main roads you can be down the beach in well under 10 minutes.

There is no decent "bar" and entertainment is for kids only. However you can get all your drinks easy enough and I guess most people will be venturing out anyway. My only issue was with the pool music on day one. Really loud and intrusive with Bryan Adams on loop but to be fair that was the only day of the 4.

- Really nice and friendly staff - especially Venezuelan girl from the pool bar and two of the waiters :)! - Good food - everyday was something different to eat for dinner (alcoholic drinks included) and really good quality of food. - Nice, big room - maybe not refurbished, but still clean and well equipped (knifes, kitchen appliances, plates, etc.) and really well maintaned. - Great localisation - easy to get to shopping centre and supermarket (Mercadona) next to the Hotel or smaller shops or restaurants around. It's also really easy to get to the beach or bus station, if somebody would like to use public transport (really decent and cheap by the way).

- Poor wi-fi connection - either in the room or lobby. - Lack of air conditioning in the room - we were there in November when night time temperatures were all right, but I can't imagine to stay there on the summer time. - Poor coffee quality. It was disgusting.
