Apartment was really spacious and spotless. Kitchen had everything that you could possibly need and more, including large fridge freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster etc. Situated in a great location, bars, restaurants and beach only seconds away. Pool was warm and clean. More than enough sun beds to go around and none of that panic to get them in the morning. Staff were exceptional, from reception, to cleaning staff and everyone else, they were amazing. Food and drinks in pool bar and on site restaurant were all lovely and staff in both were more than accommodating.

Swimming pool was lovely and clean. And the gardens were looked after well.

You have to book a sun bed. It’s a pain. I had to be down there at 9am and she would tell me what sun bed we had for the day. Then we have to queue by the mini market at 11 am each day and ask to put on the list for the next day. But some guests were given the same sun bed for 3 days and didn’t have to queue like we had to every day. I don’t understand this system at all. I don’t want to have to get up at 8 every morning on holiday.

The staff at Sunset Harbour Club are world class. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are super friendly, supportive and the few very minor issues were resolved at once. It is a relatively small Club but very family orintated. It is in a ideal location within a two to three minutes walk to the harbour, beach, shops, restaurants etc. There is also two restaurants within the Sunset Harbour Club and more restaurants and a pub located just outside its main entrance. Our apartments (two) were spacious with everything provided for if we wanted to do self catering. They provided kind complimentary teabags, coffee, shampoo, body wash, moisturiser. The air conditioner worked very well and we had no problems with the Wifi plus a very easy to use safe was provided. The view of the harbour from our balcony on the 2nd floor was super. The staff accommodated us (6) on our departure day with a late check out at a small cost of 20 euros, informed us that we could use all their facilities for the entire day as we had a late flight. They provided storage for our luggage and the use of their showering facilities before our flight. We did not need to use their facilities as we hired out a boat on our last day but we certainly appreciated the storage of our luggage and the opportunity to freshen up before our departure. There are two swimming pools in the Sunset Harbour Club, one not so deep to accommodate children and one down the back for adults. I personally did not use the pools as I prefer the beach and a sea swim. However my little eight year old grandson had great fun in the pool with his newly acquired friends and with the gorgeous Lucas providing entertainment and activities to the children. Everything about this place is perfect but the exceptional staff definitely are at the forefront of making the Sunset Harbour Club a great place to stay. We will definitely be back.

My eldest son who is a fitness fanatic did not like the minimum gym facilities and felt the gym facilities were not worth 5euros per day to use. He discovered a larger gym just a short walk away in Adeje.

The location was excellent, with the beach at a brief 3 minute walk. The beds in this place are absolutely amazing, the US Hilton standard is evident and the black-out shades were great! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the cleaning service comes every 3 days, but if we needed the trash out earlier they were happy to help! The kitchen is very well equipped, we had everything we needed, really, and it all functioned very well, modern, nothing outdated! The balcony was also amazing, quality furniture and enough space for 6 persons to hang out.

It's a bit pricey, otherwise it is a fantastic place, I guess it's worth the money, it may just be a bit over my regular budget. Maybe a smart-TV would help, to be able to access YouTube for the kids, but other than that.. it's all good.

Everything was fantastic. It was our first time we have stayed with you my brother recommended you. The day before we left we rebooked for next year with Nacho who was so helpfully and friendly. Looking forward to seeing you all next year. I have already recommended you to our friends who are also looking at booking. Thank you again for everything it was just the sort of holiday we needed. We have request a different room for next year so hopefully that will happen.

Everything was fine but if possible we have requested a different room with Nacho who has done this for us.

Property itself is excellent location is good and subbed booking service excellent - been twice before and not had an issue

Requested a top floor studio twice as it was for my 60th birthday - when we arrived on the Sunday we were told that this wasn’t possible as the hotel was fully booked (it wasnt really full until the following Thursday) when I mentioned my birthday I was told by the Scottish receptionist “it was my birthday last week too”! Units in the room were dated and the pull down wall bed was extremely squeaky - I slept on the sofa most nights not to disturb my wife. When booking in I requested that we be contacted should another room become available this never happened.

Perfect location

On some days you are unable to get a sun bed in the sun as the sun does not get to a certain area of the pool all day.

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was central. Hotel exceptionally clean everywhere. Loved the booking of sunbeds in advance, no silly get ups trying to secure a bed. Food on-site was wonderful. Couldn't fault anything. I booked for x4 of us, and the other 3 girls have taken this hotels details and said they will definitely book here again, as will I. Loved it.

This is my second stay at sunset harbour club and it was just as wonderful as the first time we visited 2 years ago. Staff are very attentive, reception are always on hand 24 hours a day and go above and beyond to look after their guests, which is a huge help when you have little children that are quite demanding, but it’s not just the reception staff, the staff that maintain the facilities, cleaning, maintenance and the three main providers of food, clubhouse, poolside snack bar and poolside bar are incredibly kind and patient and friendly to all guests. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we had one incident that was not pleasant but it was caused externally but it was resolved immediately by the staff. Thank you for having us and we greatly appreciate you looking after us and our two small children. Feliz Navidad

All the staff here were so polite and friendly (unfortunately not so in everywhere we visited in Tenerife). The cleaners, pool staff, entertainment team and bar staff were all exceptional and we had a wonderful welcome from Janice. The apartment was impeccable & fully equipped with absolutely everything you could need, right down to washing lines and clothes pegs! The beds, pillows and sheets so comfy! The filtered drinking water tap was also a nice touch, saving us buying lots of plastic. Superb location. What I liked was the mix of ages and the two pools in this location. You could sit by the pool bar & chat & join in the entertainment, or rest in a corner in peace and quiet if you wanted to.

Our apartment was as the back of the site and the patio overlooked some bars and restaurants which could be quite noisy at night, especially at the weekends. Also a building opposite had some internal works ongoing, so there were drills etc all day. If this would be a problem for you, request a room looking into the site/on to the pool, or overlooking a quiet street.
