**The location is excellent. It is right at the plaza. The only thing with this is that when you arrive by car/taxi , they have to double park on the street across the plaza and you have to walk less than a block to the hotel door. The beach is really close by walking distance as well as restaurants, shopping and sights. ** I would not recommend to rent a car if you are staying right in the center. Unless you will be exploring outside of Alicante. **Rooms facing the plaza were spacious and a great location if there is a major event right below. You will have a great view. If you are a light sleeper, note that it can be noisy staying at this location, at least in the rooms facing the plaza. People are out at all hours of the night so it can be loud. We were pleasantly surprised as the night we spent there , a local festival was Las Hogueras. It was really great to experience. **Staff was really friendly and accommodating. **Did not have breakfast there so can't comment.

I did not find that the room was really clean. The beds were but the counters and floor were not really. I did not address it then since we were staying one night, but I am sure it would have been something they would have remediated. I would still stay there if I return to Alicante.

The staff was very welcoming and check in was very smooth. Location, Location, Location, right in the heart of Alicante. I could walk everywhere. Room had everything I needed, and I had amazing balcony looking out over Plaza Ayuntamento. Amazing staff!! Beautiful hotel, great rooftop terrace. Stocked mini fridge. Again, cannot say enough great things about the staff. So helpful, friendly, and accommodating!!

The room could have been a bit cleeaner, the cleaning woman was a bit busy, and sometimes she forgot to clean everything.

The location is absolutely fantastic and staff were very friendly and helpful. They were quick to provide whatever we needed and give us plenty of information about the city and the beach. Our room was very modern, a good size and clean! I liked that there was a kettle in our room. The view from the terraces was stunning!

I do think the hotel could benefit from more facilities. For example, a pool would be great! Also we loved the terrace bar upstairs but when when we went to go see it around 10pm it was so quiet. I loved the vibe and so much can be done with that space.

Our stay here was lovely, the room and view was amazing. The large terrace was a nice bonus. Great position. Easy to walk to all attractions. The staff were very polite and helpful at all times. Always with a smile. The breakfast was exceptional. Good variety and very fresh. Maybe the air conditioning could've been a lot stronger especially as we had a heatwave. We highly recommend this hotel

This was our first visit to Alicante city so we were not sure what it would be like. Now we can´t wait to come there again. A wonderful city ! The Eurostats Mediterranea Plaza is a very modren and beautifully furnished hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Location was perfect for a 3 day stay. Very close to everything, bars and restaurants on the doorsteps, and only a few minutes walk from the bus stop and Taxi rank. Our room (double delux) had a very nice view over the plaza, and on to the castle. Breakfast was really nice too. Every staffmember we met was polite and smiling and made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

As it was basically on the square/plaza the room was a bit noisy. So if you are a light sleeper, ask for a quiet room or bring earplugs 😊 The bed matress could have been a bit softer. But of course this a personal preferance.

The location is perfect and our balcony had a wonderful view of the town hall and castle. And the rooftop bar has stunning views.

Sadly, we feel the room lacked storage space. We had a very large room but only a small wardrobe with about 8 hangers, no drawers or shelves. It had a full length mirror but not in the correct place, there were many other options to have placed it. Only one hook for towels, in a double room?? The monsoon shower was disappointing, luckily the standard shower worked fine.(we reported this to staff when we checked out- we only stayed one night)

Our third stay in the hotel which is very conveniently located in heart of Alicante. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The accessories in the bathroom was a relief as I had forgotten my toothbrush! A lovely selection at breakfast for which my gluten-free option was not a bother at all. The view of the castle from the roof terrace was a great place for that 'sunset moment'. We will be back.

Nit picking really, but there is only one lift and it is not that big.

We paid for a room with a view of the square and castle, and the view was really good. Definitely worth the little extra. The room was comfy and clean and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and the hotel is literally within minutes of the centre of the old town.

The breakfast was average. The coffee is out of a machine and isn't great. However there was scrambled egg, fruit, cereal, bread, a meat selection etc. There was also some tea and hot water.

Great location, staff were excellent. Rooms are very comfortable and the hotel in general is very clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My wife has expressed a wish to make a return visit.

The elevator is very small but due to the age of the property it is to be expected. (Not sure if it was previously a hotel. Maybe that would also explain it) Bathroom is well equipped apart from towel rail. We only had one place to hang bath sheets after showering.
