This is the best kept secret on the Camino Portuguese coastal route! This place is an actual spa, just a few kilometers off of the Camino!!! It was an amazing place. It has an amazing indoor pool that is filled with sea water from the coast. The pool is heated and has about 10 different stations with amazing jets of water that focus on a different part of the body. This felt soooopo good on my Camino sore muscles. The food in the restaurant was also spectacular. It's a good idea to reserve time in the pool and the restaurant before you arrive. Both highly recommended. I left this place completely rejuvenated and ready to tackle the rest of my Camino.

Recently refurbished bedrooms with a modern and comfortable style. Nice breakfast buffet with great sea views. The spa is also nice, in particular because it has sea water so you can feel the benefits in just a couple sessions. Totally worth to get the sea view room, you will not regret prong a bit extra for those stunning views.

A bit of a crowded spa, ask for the times with less people to have a real relaxing experience. The bar menu was nicer than the wanna-be modern restaurant menu. As usual in many hotels the walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors.

Stayed while walking the Camino Portuguese for two nights. best decision! I loved the view and the water therapy :) felt renewed after a water session.

I wished they had better food options for those leaving early to do the Camino. Grateful for the coffee and pastry items though.

Everything: the room, the pool, the restaurant +++, the kind staff, the view, the location it was excellent. We really recommend this hotel.

The long pillow was not comfortable better use normal pillows. We rented 2 bikes in the hotel for 40€/all day but they were terrible, they were technically not ok which was very unpleasant to use. Afterwards the person at the reception said she would only charge us 20€ instead of 40€ but the day after when we checked out and paid the total bill of our stay we had to pay the whole amount of 40€ the person at the reception (a man) didn’t know about not charging us the whole amount for the bikes and said the bikes were replaced by new ones. They brought them in the late afternoon or evening, the same day we rented them in the morning but it was too late for us … We would have given 10/10 if it wasn’t for the bikes

We booked a Twin Room with a Sea View and Spa Access. And that's exactly what we got: a beautiful, spacious room with a balcony that had breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. What a treat! The hotel was very diligent about contacting us before our arrival for needed Spa reservations due to a holiday weekend rush of people. We were gonna pass on the included salt-water therapy spa, but so glad we didn't. The hotel is only a couple miles into the quaint and historic town of Baiona. Also, the included breakfast was excellent.

My only regret is that we only stayed one night. This is a world-class hotel that begs a two or three night stay.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. We were walking the caminho and the hotel was a wonderful treat along the way. The room was beautifully decorated in neutral tones with trendy wallpaper and all clean. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the sea, which was a real treat. The pool was a fantastic treat and the massage was incredible - one of the best I've ever had. The therapist was great and the massage a wonderful treat for my tired and weary body, after miles of walking. We ordered room service and the food was great and likewise we enjoyed breakfast and lunch in the cafe. A great hotel, lovely staff and definitely a 4* experience.

Everything was great.

Our room with ocean view and balcony offered a day and night contact to the Atlantic - very nice. The large terrace is a wonderful location to enjoy a drink and some tapas. The spa area offers a heated indoor salt water pool with different types of jets. A wonderful relaxation for body and soul. Baiona is not far to drive to.

The aircon of the restaurant is unfortunately a bit to efficient, particularly in the evening (early October).

Everything! A weary peregrino appeared after a 28km walk in howling winds to the refuge of Talaso Atlantico. Welcomed warmly and well by the lovely staff. Great room, great bed, great bath. Loved it. Will surely return. Muchas Gracias!

Perfect stay on the Camino. Therapeutic pool massaged places that hurt - I wish the spa had services listed in English and that it’s hours were a bit longer. The outdoor pool was lovely and not at all crowded. The restaurant was phenomenal for lunch and dinner. And included breakfast was tasty with lots of offerings .

Loved it, but nothing is close- however didn’t want to leave

Good sized room with a sofa as well as twin beds. Sea view from the side which was a bonus because I booked a cheaper "mountain view" room. Lots of light from double doors opening on to a Juliette balcony. Lovely bar/cafe terrace looking out to sea with outdoor and indoor seating. Reasonably priced bar menu. Good breakfast included. Quiet.

No appointments left at spa even though it was a shoulder season weekday. The room had twin beds. I sleep much better in a bigger bed. I was given a wheelchair accessible room which had the appropriate bars around the toilet but a lip into the shower meaning that it would not be accessible to a chair user and a clothes rail with coat hangers so high that even I as a tall able woman had to stand on tip toes to reach them. I am not disabled but if I was then providing just toilet rails is not enough to be an accessible room.
