Spacious and modern, clean room.

There is no shower curtain so the floor is flooding when you are taking a shower. There is not a place to hang the hand towel or to put your own shampoo in the shower area.

3rd party billing interface had problems interacting with a major American bank, to the point that I had to wire the prepayment to them. Then the staff mistakenly took 2 security deposits instead of 1 and there was a delay in correcting it.

We sat in a 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was clean and the rooms spacious. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was friendly with us. All the windows in the room had blackout blinds in case you need everything pitch black in order to sleep. There is a parking location for the hotel around the block where the hotel was situated although we did not have to use it. I believe it is a separate entity from the hotel idk. NOTE: There is a 100€ safety deposit (ofc, it's normal but you need to be prepared for it) There is a city tax you must pay when you arrive at the hotel not included in the initial room payment, for 2 people for 5 days it was like ~40 ish euro

The bathroom NEEDS a toilet brush. I don't want to wait for cleaning staff next morning to come and remove the stains. I want to clean it myself for the next family member that comes. Maybe it was just our apartment but in case it is not, ADD ONE. It's what...like 1$ for one?

It’s very clean, it is bright and cozy… it’s also spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location was really good… it has supermarkets and bakeries closed by. Also the metro station and an amazing pizzeria. The entrance has a nice aesthetic.

No towel to dry the dishes. Very bad quality dish soap. The soap/shampoo in the shower also very bad quality. We chose the “one bed” option and it was two beds put together, which left a hole in the middle that opened more and more. You have to take your own trash the last day, which I thought was a bit weird. The street is loud but that’s to be expected from a big city.

Aparthotel Augusta in Barcelona was an excellent choice for my stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, with everything important within easy reach, and the area is ideal for exploring the city. The accommodation was beautifully clean, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely love to return.

My stay at Aparthotel Augusta was pleasant, although I encountered a minor issue with the ventilation in my room. However, this issue was resolved immediately, and I would like to commend the hotel staff for their prompt response. The hotel has a relaxed ambience throughout. It is well decorated, updated, and very clean. All staff were very helpful and polite. The room was clean, quiet (so grateful) and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we had a plentiful supply of towels etc. We had breakfast daily at the hotel and everything was excellent and fresh; great way to start a busy day. The hotel is a short walk to shops, restaurants and the metro station to travel wherever you desire. As a family of 4, we downloaded Cabify and found taxi's were abundant and cheap compared to the UK. We will definitely be back 😊.

In overall hotel is excellent for family. Traveling with 2 small kids for 12 days you need space. Apartment is more then enough size. Area is safe, transport bus and metro, 2 minutes from hotel. Lot of coffee shops and markets around hotel. Staff is very good, cleaning on daily basis. In apartment you have all important things. Also you can take iron from reception. Breakfast is basic, but all kind of fresh coffees made for you in restaurant, also eggs and other stuff, made by order fresh. Really nice. Overall, excellent value for money

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Very nice people at the entrance desk, at the breakfast service, as well as the cleaning service. I really appreciated the stay. Quite good location with quick access to several metro stations. the area is a secure one, which is a very important factor nowadays. I consider it a very good choice for a next stay in Barcelona.

I was surprised with the fact that guests are asked to handle the trash. I never had that demand in other appart hôtels, at least outside Spain. I thank the lady at the reception as she helped me, because I don't really think is a good policy to ask your guests to get around with the trash bag looking for the right place where to put it, outside in the street. I'm sorry for this comment, but I do think you can handle this kind of things better. all the rest was indeed, perfect.

We had a really great stay at Augusta! We booked a studio for 2, and I can say that I was positively surprised by what we got. It was one of the most affordable options online for 1 week in Barcelona, and yet is an hotel that comes with all the services. Our studio was very clean, equipped with all we needed; the staff was really great, from the lovely cleaning ladies, always with a bright smile, to the reception and restaurant. The kitchen was nicely equipped, the bathroom was great and had everything provided. It was incredibly quiet at night, and we loved the electric window shutters.

Just missing a couple of things, like a cleaning brush for the toilet bowl, or a kitchen towel, since there is no drying rack and you need at least something like that if you use the kitchen daily as we did.
