Overall a great hotel, a cozy room, clean and nice bathroom, friendly personnel, and all the amenities you might need are available. Would easily recommend and stay again.

A bit tough to get to the hotel late at night via a public transport, there’s only 1 bus from the centre available like every 30 mins The floor is rather cold, and there are no slippers

The space and the balcony in the junior suite . The complimentary water and clean towels every day. Free & tea coffee in lobby. Free slippers ( on demand) . Mini bar & cupboard in room . Tv in both parts of the junior suite ideal for 3, 4. guests. Perfect location with supermarket & bakery nextdoor and lots of brunch places nearby. 15 min walk from Gràcia & Diagonal. Lots of taxis available. Safe location .

Would have preferred a real large bed + 2 small beds instead of a sofa bed + 2 small beds in the junior suite, for more comfort. But it was ok.

The hotel is not located in the center. By the public transportation it took 20-30 minutes to get there. Luckily, the metro and bus stops are nearby. Thus, everything was quite practical. The room had a kettle, a refrigerator, and at our first request we have been provided by iron and ironing board. The staff is particularly noteworthy; they are pleasant, helpful, and kind. In addition to Catalan, English and Spanish, they spoke other languages: Italian, French. I heard these languages spoken there. Overall, I had a good impression of the hotel.

It was a little noisy because our room's windows overlooked the street and the school was across the street. I wish there had been more light in the room because it was so dim. We had to strain our eyes because we were in the room most of the time in the early morning and evening when it was already getting dark, which made you feel more exhausted than you actually were.

It was a great hotel with helpful staff and good facilities. The room was fab, comfortable beds, fresh towels (that were nice and big!), good toiletries. Good location just north of Diagonal with plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was excellent - such a wide range of fresh local produce. The staff were so kind and helpful - thoughtful touches for my mum’s birthday and printing out my sister’s train ticket when her phone had died.

Nothing really. The appearance from the outside isn’t great but it’s a gem on the inside.

The room was clean, nice, and cozy. One of the highlights of the hotel was the warm hospitality of all three receptionists, who were very welcoming and helpful with our requests. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a Metro station made it easily accessible via public transportation. The breakfast offered a variety of quality options, including both English and Spanish breakfast items, as well as local products to taste. However, the small gym on the roof could benefit from more equipment with a minimal investment.

Good location, away from the hustle and bustle of tourist sites. Staff were friendly and room was cosy. Loved the terrace, had a great view. Breakfast was really nice start to the day. Not too heavy, just right.

One evening we came back to our hotel room wide open, which was shocking for a big name hotel. Thankfully nothing was taken but all our possessions were just sitting there for anyone to take. To be fair the hotel staff i called were apologetic and said they would report it to the duty manager or whoever was in charge of cleaning. Just glad we didn't lose anything. Also, I don't know if it a spanish thing but most hotels including this just put 2 singles together to make a double and with seperate covers. We did request a double bed.

The location was great. Just far enough to not be in the madness of the centre but so close and cheap by public transport to get to the centre.

The reception staff just weren’t overly friendly. I’ve worked in hotels for years. On reception and various other roles and it doesn’t take a lot to make someone feel welcome but I just didn’t feel it at this property. I was in room 109 and the shower drain was partially blocked so the shower overflowed badly. It was cleaned up promptly but it just kept happening, so they weren’t resolving the problem.

Great location in the North of the city , lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Very nice staff , quick check in . Excellent breakfast buffet. lots of choices and high quality. Bed was comfortable and shower powerful.

I was kept awake on the first night , with what appeared to be someone moving furniture around in the room above me. This went on from 10;30 to 11:30 pm Parking is expensive at €18.50 per day. Breakfast is also quite expensive at €15.00 , given the room price of €162 - totally daily with a car is €195.50

The 3 person room was great - 3 seperate beds and duvets which worked perfectly for us. The bathroom was really nice too. Overall a modern and nice room with good facilities like a fridge, herbal tea, etc. staff were very attentive and were keen to fulfil any of our requests. Location was good - near a tram and bus stop - also easy to walk to key locations. Cheap price.

It sounded like the staff were rearranging furniture and the hotel rooms over night and sometimes in the morning too. This did wake me up a couple of times, but also wasn’t too bad as the noise didn’t last too long.

Room was comfy.

the room had a wierd door for its toilet and bathroom which was not covering the whole frame, so basically sounds and smells of the toilet could have gone inside the room... and also no fan in there! this was really wierd! when cleaning ladies were cleaning up they had to move the beds so the noise of that from upstairs was very loudly hearable in our room. I also couldnt connect to the tv but my friend could. the internet would disconenct sometimes and so I had to enter again every time i came back to the room after spending the day outside.
