I was travelling alone and I felt very safe there, the rooms were spotless and smelled beautiful. The docor was lovely and the staff were 10/10. Especially the lady that was working in the day, so friendly! I only planned on staying one night but booked an extra 2 nights after I saw how clean the rooms were. You won’t get a better location than here, it’s on the ramblas but not too hectic. Perfect for solo travellers!

The doors are not soundproofed so you can hear cleaners from 10am with hoovers and bags. If you want to have a boujie experience this prob isn’t the best location for you, however if you’re coming to experience real Barcelona then you’ll be exploring the city, chilling on the beach and going for vermouths so the rooms are perfect for somewhere clean and safe to rest you head. If you want a lie in, bring some earplugs 😂

In the centre, great breakfast, kind staff.

The hotel was very comfortable and well located, proximity to public transport but also to important places in Barcelona within walking distance are definite advantages of the facility. Comfortable rooms with duvets and enough space to store your luggage allow you to relax. Nice and helpful hotel staff and 24-hour reception are other advantages.

For me, the only inconvenience was the lack of vegetables at breakfast, but this is not important for everyone :) We can easily compensate for this ourselves, because it is easy to buy fresh, tasty products in the area.

The hotel was in a great location, just a step away from main road in las ramblas, the mercat de la Boqueria and Liceu metro train station making it a great spot to base whilst in Barcelona. There is a lift inside as it goes up a few levels. Neat and cozy rooms, and the bathroom was large and clean. Bed was a little hard but it’s never 100% with hotel bed - the main thing with the beds is we had twin beds and the floors so clean that the beds moved a bit when on them! But the room was still lovely, clean and nice. Complimentary coffee/tea and water. Air conditioning worked for hot days and overall would come back again. Café at entrance was such a nice bonus to grab one on our way out!

Bed frames

I would like to thank the hotel management and especially the supervisor. I think his name is Bakur. We checked in, dropped our bags at the hotel and left. When we returned to the hotel at night, the air conditioning in the room was broken. they tried to fix it but they could not. directly, we left the hotel and stayed at a nearby hotel. The next morning, I returned to the hotel and found the supervisor was waiting me. He apologized and told me that he would give me a free bigger room for one night instead of the previous night or he would refund my money. I told him that I wanted to refund my money. Then, he immediately refunded my money with a profuse apology.

I thought that the breakfast was great. Well balanced and tasty. All of the staff, were absolutely amazing. Every single one of them. Jessica, Irene, Celeste, Christian, all were always very helpful and genuinely warm.

When I entered the bedroom, it had an unusual smell. Also a box of tissues in each room, would be very beneficial. I was promised the CNN Chanel, which I believe was to be available. Even with staff’s help, we never got it going.

Good location, right in the heart of Las Ramblas and with a metro station minutes away. The room was small but comfortable and suited our needs. Cute cafe downstairs that does pastries and coffee.

There was a strong perfume smell in the room (maybe the detergent from the sheets?) that got a bit overwhelming. Limited hotel facilities and slightly small room. While the bathroom had toiletries included, these were in unlabelled bottles so we had no idea what we were using (shower gel vs shampoo etc). Good for a short stay but probably not for more than a couple of nights in Barcelona

The staff was super nice and friendly. Room was good sized and very clean. The location is excellent.

Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable as it was two single beds put next to each other rather than one double bed. There was a thinner mattress on top but it moved a lot and usually there was a space between the beds in personally for me very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Location is great! Room is a pretty good size, with a big bathroom, closet area, a mini fridge, smart TV, and blackout curtains. We requested two twin beds, which were comfortable for the most part. AC is functional and worked great! Elevator is big enough to fit luggage too! They have filtered water available downstairs to refill your water bottles!

I am a very light sleeper, and the room was next to the alley way. I could hear garbage trucks at night, people chatting in the alleyway. It was very noisy, which means that windows are not properly insulated. My sister on the other hand had no trouble sleeping. The mini fridge froze all our food :( No AC in the hallways, it could get pretty hot and humid. The elevator got stuck and kept stopping on the third floor, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

We loved having the lockers available for luggage when we arrived early, and for the day we checked out. It was also great to have food available downstairs. The staff were all extremely helpful. The shower was amazing - hot water and great water pressure. The AC worked great.

There was a strong smell of cleaning chemicals when we first entered the room. That’s good in a way: we know they cleaned well. ☺️ But it was a bit too much.
