lovely hotel . great location . fantastic Breakfast .

arrived 2pm .our room not ready which is fair enough because check in time is 3pm so we’re we’re told to go buy a drink in hotel bar courtyard . & a member of staff would inform us when room ready !! 4pm still waiting . 4.30 went in too say think we’ve waited long enough we want our room ! young man said still not cleaned & absolutely nothing he could do 😡 then a lovely young women said I’ll sort it for you & she swapped us to a differant room . why couldn’t that be done @ 3 pm a very frustrated client !!!

‏The hotel is located in a very central location in the center of everything. Despite the center, the hotel is in a very quiet and corner location. The hotel staff is very helpful with any request and always with a smile. A clean and tidy hotel without noise or a mess of sorrows. is a family with children in a compact and tidy room. There is a mini bar, TV. Pleasant air conditioner does not freeze. We took it with breakfast, a very tasty continental breakfast. There is a bar in the hotel and a quiet sitting area surrounded by greenery.

Everything was excellent Only the room we stayed in was a bit old but very family friendly and nice with two children, we got along well.

The hotel was situated just off Las Ramblas in central Barcelona. We took the aero bus from the airport into central Barcelona then walked a short distance to the hotel. The hotel was quiet and very clean. The hotel was better than expected. We had a family room which was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a good variety of food for all tastes, service from staff was very good. In the evening, we could come back to the hotel and have a drink in the hotel’s courtyard which had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you 😀

Our room faced the side street which was noisy late during the first night.

Location is superb. Right on the the middle of the Rambla but in a small ally so it was quiet. The room was spacious. The staff was extremely helpful and nice including at the desk and at the bar. There is a nice court yard next to the bar. The lobby is nice and welcoming.

We took an apartment. The rooms are outdated, and located in an old building. You have to climb with your lauggage 2-3 floors. The staff helped but we carried our selves as well because we had many bags. The most annoying thing was the key to the apartment. It never worked. We changed about 10 cards and they still didn't work. The other family that came with us had the same problem. We had to run to the front desk again and again to get someone to open the doors. Apparently they are aware of the problem but for some reason they don't fix it. It caused us a lot of frustration, since we were staying with kids and we all had to struggle with the doors many times and run back and forth to the front desk which was not close.

The location was fantastic, with delicious restaurants and an amazing ice cream shop just next door! The hidden secret garden was stunning and such a lovely surprise when you get in from the hustle and bustle of the busy street outside.

There were some amenities that didn't work in our first room (air con), so we were moved to a new better room. The second room was lovely though and the staff super helpful, and happy to help with anything we needed. The hairdryer was a bit dated so I had to use it for a bit, then let it cool down then use it again - so it took a while for me to dry my hair. But in the grand scheme of things it didn't ruin my opinion of the hotel experience. I would highly recommend!

The location was great! Super close to a metro stop and very near shopping and food. Close by many of the main sightseeing points of interest. Easily walkable to a lot of things and the metro stop is close and easy to navigate for anything else.

We stayed in one of the family apartments instead of a main hotel room. It was very roomy and the bed setup was great for myself, my spouse and our 2 kids. The room itself was showing a bit of age, especially the kitchen area. Two bathrooms was a nice touch though!

Great location and super friendly and helpful employees (both the Front Desk and the Restaurant). Really liked the Eco toiletry products. The garden inside the hotel was very special-a little oasis of green serenity in the middle of a busy Barcelona’s life! Thank you!

Unfortunately our double bed kept breaking in the middle. Perhaps it is better to have two single beds to ensure the middle part doesn’t fall.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is conveniently located, and the entire staff is wonderful. If you're going for a few days and want to enjoy the sights, tour buses are a mere 10-20 minute walk, depending on how briskly you walk. The train station is roughly the same. Everything, and I mean everything - restaurants, shops, etc. - is right here. Our room was very comfortable, and although we didn't include the breakfast, oftentimes we did eat at the hotel, and it was well worth the price. There are many options around the hotel as well. I cannot stress enough how incredibly helpful, pleasant, and welcoming every single member of the staff was. I hope to return once again!

I have nothing negative to say about my time here.

+) Our room was on the side of a smaller street which was much calmer than the main lane. +) The location is the best for shopping, food and sightseeing +) The hotel looked nice from entrance until room and all was clean +) Staff very friendly and we could check into our room earlier than the official check-in time +) Good connection with public transport

-) eventhough our room was on a calmer street, it still got very loud at night, however, compared to other hotels, it was much better. Barcelona is a very loud city and I think it is quite hard to find a quiet hotel -) the WiFi was too slow for working on a laptop (my mobile phone hotspot worked significantly faster)

Although the hotel is just off the Ramblas, our room overlooking the courtyard garden was very quiet. Just how we like it! The staff were really helpful. I had booked the hotel because they offered free bikes. When we turned up they only had one available but were able to source another bike by the following morning which meant we could discover the city on 2 wheels and keep fit at the same time. The reception staff also helped us with sightseeing tips.

There was nothing we didn't really like. There were some issues in the room with plugs not working and one of the bikes we borrowed wasn't great but none of this spoilt our stay.
