The property’s location is just adjacent to the Boqueria Market, a few steps of Liceu Metro Station and bus station. The lift, lobby, hallways and room is clean, does not have a smell.

If you are sensitive to noise, you can really hear the metro and the vibration as it was just outside the property, but i did not mind as i sleep late and after 12am, you would not hear anything.

Located across the Boqueria, it's easy to miss the entrance right beside the bright tabac store. Staff at the reception are so friendly and helpful for requests for pillows, towels, etc. There's free coffee at the reception, too. Room is spacious and so is the shower. Window that opens to the stairwell is ample and not claustrophobic at all.

I was surprised, my room was much better than the photos I've seen. Everything was new and the shower room was amazing 😍 It was super clean, the staff was very nice, and the location is wonderful, in the middle of the Rambla

The only window in my room was towards the elevator, so there was a bit of noise, but surprisingly very little. However, no noise from the street.

property was perfectly located in the middle of the action, restaurants and bars. Beds were comfy and bathroom was clean and updated.

Safe provided in the room was not secured to anything. Since it could be picked up, was not able to store passports and valuables while out on the town. Lock on the Balcony door did not work.

Everything was ok except the noise and I was surprised that the recption could take into account my claim and they intervene and asked the people to stop making troubles

Perfect location- on La Rambla st. Many restaurants around and close to public transportation, tourist attractions within a walking distance

Restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, cakes, snacks, a hypermarket, the city market - everything is at your fingertips; it was extremely clean, towels were changed every day, a unique place as a location in the city, the staff was responsive, the bathroom was equipped with everything you need; electrical outlets next to each bed; 100 Mbps WiFi;

There is no refrigerator in the room (there is on the floor); extremely noisy and can't sleep before midnight without earplugs... but the sacrifice is worth it for the location;

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. located right across from the market that everybody wants to see in Barcelona. Coffee there every morning. Many of the sites to see are within walking distance. There is a metro station no more than 50 steps from the front door. If you get a Metro pass, you can go right back to your doorstep. the staff were very friendly the rooms very clean. I had a room that overlooked rambler street and with air plugs it was fine. We slept very well. It was very comfortable. I would certainly recommend this for anybody visiting Barcelona as far as a central location.

I really don’t have any negatives about the location for the money it was the best value

Everything about Hostel Boqueria was terrific. There is only a small sign and a single doorway can be seen from the street, but don't let that fool you. The facility occupies most all of the building above the first floor. The individual room was newly remodeled and the bathroom fixtures and large shower were of better quality than many private homes of my friends. The individual room air conditioner worked VERY well, which is definitely needed in July in Barcelona. Inexpensive soda and water in the lobby and free coffee every morning. The elevator was always available. Located directly across from the Market la Boqueria, just feet (okay, meters) away from the metro subway, and the fact that it is located in the very heart of the Gothic district makes this hotel location ideal for any traveler.

We asked for a quiet room, and it sure was. One or two nights there was a little noise late at night from thoughtless other guests, but that certainly cannot be blamed on the hotel itself. The noise was usually just talking in the hallway or closing a door loudly, but nothing that took away from our rest in a comfortable bed and cool (AC) room.

It was so easy to get around Barcelona. Near metro station and nice restaurants.
