good location and comfortable beds, but people before me were smoking into rooms and it was a really awful smell, but the staff changed my room. I saw its a common thing in that place, to smoke in the rooms even if its forbidden

pool it was just in the pictures, it was not ready and dirty The water was too hot to do showers, so we needed to hurry to do showers in less than 2 minutes, otherwise you cannot have cold water and you’ll burn your skin. Conclusion, expensive place for the things it is offering. i think you can find better at that money.

Lovely lobby, very clean and modern. Welcoming reception and the staff were on hand to help us out! The hotel was modern and sleek with a cool industrial feel. Our rooms were spacious and modern. Staff were really helpful with our luggage situation as we recently disembarked a cruise ship! Cannot thank them enough.

The location was ok, close to the Ramblas, the ferry/boat terminal, and the Metro stop. However, going out of the hotel to the left, the area is not friendly and I would not advise people walking alone at night there.

The hotel was in the perfect location, most areas were accessible by foot, with the occasional bus or metro which were a few minutes walk from the hotel too. The room was perfect for two, had all the basic amenities like soap, hair dryer, towels and a safe. The staff were super friendly and the building was in a relatively safe area with proper enclosure at the lobby.

The rooms were a bit too basic for the price we paid. There was no mini fridge or coffee/kettle as these had to be paid for and used in the lobby. Therefore if you are looking for a good quality and safe place to stay for a few nights, this hotel is perfect but if you’re looking to splurge, you should go for better ones!

Great location, when it comes to transport links. Very clean facilities and amazing, super helpful staff. We've been there for 3 nights and honestly cannot complain about our general experience. There are some factors to consider that we mentioned above, however these are out of control of the staff or management in our opinion. I'd definitely book again. Apart from minor external disadvantages, it's 10/10

It's not so much what we didn't like, our stay was excellent, however before you go, do note that this hotel is rather basic, and it's walls are quite thin, you can easily hear other travellers through the walls. It's located close to a few popular tourist spots, however the road it is on and its surroundings attract quite a lot of homeless people. There is nothing a hotel can do about that, but just be aware when booking

The rooms were on the small size I thought but all the other facilities were great and it was located in a great place easy to get to anywhere. It was a little pricey for two nights but everywhere seem to be booked up that weekend and this had all the items we wanted with location.

The rooms could have been a bit bigger and the closet spaces were very small for two people. No hooks to hang coats or extra clothes seeing as the closets only have room for 5 items and no luggage space.

We liked EVERYTHING about the hotel, it's clean, modern, beautifully designed, the staff is exceptional, very helpful and professional, the rooms are tied up everyday, the breakfast is abundant and varied, fresh and delicious, there is a rooftop with a small swimming pool to refresh, just hope that no drunk loud guests are there, but it happened only once. The location of the hotel near the sea, the beach, and many attractions is amazing, we went to the seashore after everyday of visiting the city.

The only challenge could be the homeless people in the street behind the hotel, but they are harmless, only living there, my boys (13+16) were going to the beach passing by without problem.

Very friendly staff at reception and breakfast room, and cleaning. Breakfast was very good and in nice breakfast area. The hotel itself is located near the Rambla, less than 5 minutes walking distance, and two metro stations are located within 5 minute walk as well. The room was clean and spatious, and modern looking.

The bathroom floor has been painted with floor paint that is partially detaching, which gives it a bit of a run down feeling, and there is no shower curtain. Everything is working very well though in the bathroom. Great (rain)shower.

The hotel is relatively small but has great facilities including a bar and restaurant+ a very nice roof terrace with bar and small plunge pool. The rooms were modern and compact but had enough space to feel comfortable. The showers are glass fronted and look out on to offices and residential blocks so it's perfect for extraverts as you can slide the window back and let everyone who's interested enjoy the view...

The area is close to the Rambla but it's just in the wrong part of town so you just need to be careful. We had no issues and the staff were great at directing us to the best route in and out of the area. Don't be put off by this, it's just for awareness...

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Ramblas, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were really nice and proactive, even interacting with us via WhatsApp before our arrival to provide helpful information. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, we had a happy experience, and the hotel met our expectations. I would recommend it and would consider coming back next time.

There wasn’t anything in particular that I didn’t like. Everything was well done—the price was fair, the room was clean, and the staff were super nice, making me feel very welcome.

It is a refurbished hotel, nice staff, good location.

The room we got had a strange layout, the shower was by the window? The window next to the shower is tinted, while the other one has just drapes. Even though it had drapes it was still strange and questionable layout. Maybe it was my own fault for not analysing the photos provided on this site, so I will not fault the hotel for this. Another thing we disliked was if you want to go to the wc, you do your bussiness, then exit and walk all through the room, around your bed to wash your hands by the shower area. Not something terrible, but something to keep in mind if you are booking here.
