the staff were nice

the exhaust was not working and upon inspection there were dust bunnies in it. we didnt bother to complain since we were only in our hotel at night and leave the the next morning to go around barcelona. we were then messaged that we broke their window and wanted to charge us €300. we didnt even open their damn window since the room was not cold enough and the building across us was residential and you could literally see people inside. i wouldnt recommend for this reason.

Location, very clean, nice front desk people and booked us a leaving taxi, lovely water and wine in room with chocolates, was offered champagne in the sister hotel on the roof top bar which was nice, when we arrived we was shown a map and pointed out features and the metro system and to be aware of pickpockets

Beds was okay but a little hard, a little more cozy and softer beds would have been nice, breakfast was a little expensive and some things was dry like the fruit, so didn’t get another breakfast, the ‘taxes’ on departure are not clear with the booking which I thought I already paid, was very expensive end to my trip.

The location is very good with regard to the distance to the centre, to the sea, but also to the airport, metro or bus. The staff was nice, the receptionist speaks perfect English. We were really pleased with the breakfast and the possibility to decide in the morning whether we wanted it or not.

We stayed on the first floor, I don't know what it was like on the higher floors, but early in the morning we were sometimes woken up by noise probably from the cleaning staff. And in the quiet of the night you could clearly feel the subway passing under the hotel. But for a person used to living in the center of another big city, nothing so terrible.

Staff were nice and weren’t a bother. The rooms were perfect for a duo and enough space. Very comfortable beds too and the little tiny balcony was a surprise but definitely worth the price. Complimentary wine was a bonus too!

Upon arrival the first staff receptionist whom was a lady had a bit of an attitude and seemed quite demanding. I brushed it off as i thought perhaps she’s had a bad day but when other guests had been served by her they also stated she seemed a bit rude and with an attitude. Also the our room had very little AC. we understood the function of it (having the balcony locked for the AC to turn on) but there was hardly any pressure and we had it on Max AC but it honestly felt like it was in low. I think it was just the AC in that specific room as other guests (who met us there) had great powerful AC.

The location is a perfect base to access all the major sights of Barcelona. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the port as we were going on a cruise. The receptionist (Malenna I think her was) very welcoming, helpful and kind. The hotel is modern and spotless. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is situated near enough but far enough from the popular but crowded Las Ramblas. Moltes gràcies a tots a l'Hotel Serhs del Port. Bon Nadal a tots.

Everything was perfect. I defy anyone to find fault with this hotel or the wonderful staff.

I liked the hotel location that it is not far away from the main streets and the embankment, but the street itself did not look safe. My room was quiet. It was cleaned every day, there was also a bottle of water.

After cleaning, the room was wet and there was no conditioner working during my absence. So when I came back in the evening, the room smelled bad. The shower was not really comfortable, much water was on the floor after every shower.

Location is superb, metro was 60 meters from the hotel, the port was five minutes walk, La rambla 5 minutes walks , many establishments are near by, the theater, it’s centrally located , it’s a pit noisy , The manager Trevor was excellent and the staff super nice and ready to help. The staff I called the 3 M three super nice ladies there name starts with M , specially Marlina and Martina were so helpful in every aspect

The noise , the windows facing the street is a little no icy and can be fixed, but the excellent manager Trevor was in my room and tried his best to accommodate me. Was easy to get to him and he gave me credit for having to move me from my room until the window being fixed.

The hotel is conveniently located, but in a quiet area. The room came with a complimentary bottle of wine and water. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked perfectly. The breakfast was good with a lot of vegan options.

The hair dryer was weak, couldn’t really dry my hair. Unfortunately, no minibar or fridge. The breakfast still had labels for mineral water and cava, but didn’t offer those.

The location is great, metro stations in a few hundred meters. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We got a very dark room (window facing another building right next to it). Shower is built poorly because we always had lots of water coming out, our bathroom was filled with water all the time. They have airco in the room, but it’s super old, doesn’t work so good and is very VERY loud, so bring earplugs with you.

The hotel is very good. The room was clean and it was warm and comfortable there. If necessary, basic hygiene products (shampoo, shower gel) and a hairdryer are provided. Located next to the metro station Paral·lel (easy to get to from the airport). A 10-minute walk to the main street - La Rambla. The staff is really friendly. Thanks a lot to them! I would also like to note that at the reception there is delicious water with various fruits. So I can definitely recommend this hotel.
