The staff were very kind to let me check in earlier since the room was available. Breakfast was delicious as per usual and the TV offered quite a few channels, something I wasn't expecting to use but ended up having to.

I had a technical issue with my room in specific. The power outlet under the table wasn't working and the one beside the bed only worked if the reading lights were on. Something to do with the wiring, I guess. The bed foot was also made of a sharp metal and it hurt quite a lot whenever I accidentally hit it with my foot.

Great central location, nice modern room, good breakfast

A clean and well looked after room in general, but a bit disappointing to find a dusty floor and although we asked twice at reception, among the three days of our say, to swipe/map the floor we kept finding it dirty and dusty when we were returning to the room

Excellent breakfast. Huge choice of foods all of which were very obviously of a high standard and extremely fresh. Whilst the size of our bedroom was disappointing, the bathroom was nothing short of wonderful and the complete hotel was so clean and well presented we could not find fault.

Our room (410) was so small that I had to nudge the bed an inch or two to even open the door. There was no space to open a suitcase other than on the bed, we had to lift and move the case when possessions were needed. Not easy at 75 years of age. The size of this room (and others in this price range?) should be made clear on the website for guests to decide whether to perhaps upgrade to a larger room.

the room was fairly clean and in a good location. the staff were very helpful. Overall good value for money and an enjoyable stay.

When booking, the description said there was a bath but when I asked out it I was told that no rooms had baths. when taking a shower we noticed the floors were starting to flood as the water wasn’t going down the drain. After opening the drain up we found it was clogged with hair.

The location was very good, and the cleanliness was spot on. The cleaning lady did an awesome job, really want to extend our compliments to her! There were nice amenities in the bathroom, and the bathroom had been renovated so it was really nice and modern.

The walls were paper thin so you could hear everything your neighbour was saying. The room, albeit a family room, was REALLY small. Hard to for in the luggage. The elevators were super small too. Would be lovely to have some kind of a shelf or something in the shower since now you had to put your shampoo on the floor.

The internet was not working properly. Unfortunately i could have my early meetings there.

The hotels location is right in the middle of Barcelona so we could walk to almost all landmarks. Public transport is also close by. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bar in the foyer was a nice spot to rest. Great 2 euro coffee and croissant breakfast around the corner.

The room was even smaller than we expected. We had items on top of one another, not ideal when travelling with luggage. Couldn't even open the wardrobe when the sofa bed was open.

The only small thing we didn't like is the fact that our room didn't have a proper window.

I booked this hotel for my parents' trip to Barcelona (57 & 67 years). They found the location perfect, so close to Placa de Catalunya, Las Ramblas, and many other important touristic spots. The breakfast was delicious. The room and the bathroom were clean and in order. They were happy with the choice.

They thought the room was smaller than what it looked in the picture. They were pretty impressed that they only got just one small soap bar for the entire stay. They would have appreciated it if the staff had added an extra soap bar when they came to clean the rooms.

The hotel is about 5 minutes on foot from Placa Catalunya and Las Ramblas, many tourist attractions are easily available in walking distance. The bathroom is spacious, toiletries are available. The breakfast was very good, wide selection and everything was tasty. Our room was quiet, and the heating was also okay.

We had a small room, which was okay because we chose economy, but be prepared that the "living area" of the small room is extremely small (bathroom is normal size). The only very negative point I would mention is the bed, which was very uncomfortable, small for a tall person, and we had only one huge blanket to share and it was too heavy. Maybe the small bed is only in economy rooms, but it was not okay.
