The apartment was spacious and the wide Terraza window was awesome. The location was great and had many eating & shops close by.

The TV cable didn’t work however we rapidly got another one, although smaller, but it didn’t work much either. The accessories look outdated and warded out like the art & cushions.

The apartment is centrally located, favourite touristic attractions like Las Ramblas, Casa Battllo, Casa Mila, etc., are within a walking distance. Very close to two underground stations and bus stops which makes getting around the city easy and covenient. Furthermore, the neighbourhood is very lively, with lots of cafes and restaurants with Catalan and international cuisine. Last but nor least comes the cleanliness of the place and the hospitality and responsiveness of the staff and of our host Albert in particular. Many thanks indeed and would be glad to be back again soon!

One of the bedrooms that overlooks tha main street is a bit noisy during the night.

The location is great, you can go anywhere you want in Barcelona. The flat was spacious for 6 people, we had two bathrooms so it helps. We enjoyed the living room and the flat had everything we needed for 3 nights.

We had to pay an extra 20 euros because our train getting delayed, so it was a bit unfortunate (the communication was great and the host was super reactive tho). For the check-in, we arrived at the flat's entrance but in the end, it was in another location, down the street. Not too far but communication about the arrival could have been better.

Great Location. Walking distance to the main shopping areas. The area has lots of restaurants. The place was clean. The kitchen looked good have everything we needed.

The bathroom sink was kind of draining very slowly. The mattresses are old and deformed quite uncomfortable to sleep in. The lounge chair foam was also sunken due to overuse or too old. Outside noise is heared even if windows are closed. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors coming in and out of the apartment.

The location cannot be beat. Its a very spacious apartment with separation between the 2 bedrooms. The living room is comfortable, the balcony is wonderful, we enjoyed it very much for family time and sunbathing. The refrigerator and countertop appliances worked well

The location is on a very busy street, and there was some traffic and construction noise. There are some odd functionalities and not all appliances worked. The washer dryer was poor at cleaning clothes (could have been the supplied detergent), and the dryer did not work at all. The bathroom was awkward, there are no towel hangers or racks. We were unable to get hot water in the kitchen, and we were not able to plug the sink drain for washing dishes. We found no English TV channels.

The terrace was great- sunny even on December. Beds were comfortable, sofa can be transferred in bed. Location just great- walked everywhere.

Would suggest to buy at least one big knife, and also AC at the back room is not working properly. And also small cosmetic renovation is needed .

The apartment was very central and handy for your buses and the metro. The property was very clean and spacious.

The only slight problem was the noise from the main road which affected the person who was sleeping in the bedroom at the front.

Central location

Just a couple of things would have helped. Hooks on the bedroom and bathroom doors, mirror in the second bedroom and more than one dishwasher tablet would have been appreciated.

My recent stay at Serennia Apartamentos Ramblas Plaça Catalunya was a mixed bag. The location was decent, providing easy access to various attractions and metro stations. However, the apartment itself showed signs of age. The wear and tear was noticeable, and the furniture seemed outdated. Overall, Serennia Apartamentos Ramblas Plaça Catalunya offers a decent location and ample space.

The biggest downside was the placement of the air conditioners. They were located outside the rooms, meaning fresh air only came in when the door was open. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night, especially since one of the rooms had a window facing the elevator shaft. You can hear the lift going up and down which can be quite disruptive. To be fair, the noise wasn't loud but u can definitely hear it.

Location was perfect, the apartment we book is 4 bedroom apartment, very good size apartment for 2 family, the property is really spacious, though I think thats why the airconditioning is struggling to cool the whole property- not the best in summer heat, but 2 of the rooms in the back were cold, 2 rooms in the front were very hot - so we have to ask for the fan. There is nothing in the property - even the basic dishwash soap, sponge, coffee, tea and sugar. So if you plan to cook for the family you really have to buy everything from oil, salt and pepper to coffee, tea and sugar. Although the supermarket is just downstairs. Washing machine didnt work as well. Location is perfect just a walk away from Las Ramblas and big retail outlets for shopping. Very well recommended to try Cerveceria Comtal around the corner of the apartment- very very good tapas bar if you like to experience spanish food. Overall nicely located apartment, just lacking some minor details but it could be not a big deal for other people.
