All staff extremely nice and helpful. The room was nice and rooftop as well. Their restaurant is good as well and parking is extremely safe.

Just a suggestion to put more relax chair and beds next to the pool, since they easily get occupied by a few guests.

Breakfast was average with very hard scrambled eggs and fried eggs that were cooked hours earlier and were hard. Bacon was undercooked and Orange juice was very watery. Not a great experience. I will leave it and eat elsewhere in future.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are very welcome. The room is comfortable and the beds were super comfortable. Rooms are equipped with usb charging slots, coffee machine, kettle and complimentary water. We didn't book breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on breakfast food. Definitely will recommend it.

the staff was very welcoming and friendly, we arrived a bit early and that was not an issue for them at all, (but it can be if they are busy she said) the room was very nice, clean, comfortable bed, nice water pressure in the shower, the location is great for us, not a long walk to the Metro, lots of cafe's and coffee houses nearby, this area was not as busy as near the Placa de Catalunya, and we really appreciated that! There was some cold water waiting for us int he lobby, which was needed on this hot day, and although we did not eat in the restaurant, it looked really nice!

i usually have at least one negative thing, but honestly, i got nothing for them here! in fact we hope to book for next spring with our Mom.... this place was just great!

Breakfast was a all-you-can-eat buffet with amazing options for everyone. The location was great, quiet and close to everywhere you want to go. And they had an amazing cocktail/mocktail specialist at the bar, don't miss it during your stay.

I made payment for the hotel's "Romantic Package Request" for my Spouse before arrival at the hotel and it was approved by the hotel. However, on getting to the hotel room, there was nothing in our room when we arrived. I was quite disappointed cos it was meant to be a pleasant surprise. The money I paid was refunded at checkout, but it was a missed opportunity which can never be recovered.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff who helped us discover Barcelona by providing a detailed map. The restaurant and bar were amazing, and provided great food for dinner.

The location is not the best as the hotel is located in downtown Barcelona. However, the metro works great and it was a 30 minute ride to the center. The only issue with the facilities was the "transport door" that was located in the back of the bar and was used by the staff to transport goods into the hotel. The staff used this door at nights which made the bar and restaurant freezing cold.

Marc at the front desk was fantastic. He was so very helpful with making suggestions to restaurants and other attractions and places in the area. His customer service skills are exceptional. We all enjoyed our stay because of Marc. Thank you Marc for everything. Please keep up the great service. You deserve a raise. You are such a genuine person and we can truly tell this by talking with you.

Perfect hotel! Clean, spacious. Very assistive administration and stuff. Tasty breakfast, big thanks for plant milk options. We were lucky to receive an early check-in with no additional charge. Thanks to the stuff at the reception! They are very attentive. Also we had a very nice view from our room

Just a thing I will never understand - transparent glass between bathroom and main room…. Even if you are in a long relationship with your partner you still need some “private” time sometimes….. :) But that doesn’t affect a general review on the hotel

Is not ok to wait with the other coming for breakfast,till the confirmation ticket is printed and signed as well the speech about you not have breakfast included ,would you like to take now and pay ??? If I am there 6 days and every day is asking same lady about what to say about ? Waitresses can bring the note to table for confirmation and sign no problem as all of us take breakfast slowly so time they have ! The procedure is totally wrong !

Staff was very helpful and very friendly! Appreciated how clean our room was in a daily basis too! Location was good, lots of local neighborhood restaurants and bars. We loved the Pita Pita and kebab restaurant, great staff and fantastic pitas!

Pool needed to be properly cleaned- quite dirty Would have appreciated a second bottle of water as we stayed four nights. Restaurant timings were challenging, although Poor bar food looked good but expensive for the portions we saw.
