The apartment is presented as a nice 1 bedroom flat comprising 4 comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you need although we did not use it. Bathroom fully equipped and comfy master bed. Linen was crispy clean as well as the flat which was spotless. Francis welcomed us upon arrival and was extremely helpful in our needs. Our first day of breakfast we had Mel which was amazing and charming. The coffee is really good, for those of us who likes smooth roast. The roof top pool area is a must to enjoy a bit of sunshine before heading out.

The hallway leading to the room at night was rather dark. It would benefit from some floor spot lights or luminescent signals.

Rooftop pool, one bus ride away from airport, helpful staff, held bags & allowed use of the pool for early arrival, allowed early check in once a room was ready, room was spacious, garden porch had privacy greenery & fairy lights came on after sunset, room had refrigerator & some kitchen ware, air conditioner kept the room cool, noon check out.

Thin walls/could hear other room’s water running. Check in time is unusually late I think-but even so staff were helpful holding bags, along use of pool & early check in when a room was ready, all greatly appreciated!

This was perfect, we were in Barcelona to attend a show at the Olympic stadium, the hotel was about a 20 minute walk so great location. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. The room was spotlessly clean, super comfy beds, lovely hot shower, well equipped kitchen. The swimming pool and loungers were great. Staff were super friendly and very efficient. Think you could use this as a base for exploring the city.

Nothing the hotel can do about this, but be aware that if you are going to the stadium there are many steps and it is a steep climb to get up to the top of the hill in Montjuic park!!

The hotel is very well situated close to Plaza Espana, metro station, bus station, and many shops, cafes and bars. The room was quite spacious, with all you may need during the short stay, kitchen was quite convenient, we used it every day to prepare breakfast. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the terrace because of cold weather, but I can imagine how pleasant to stay outside with a glass of wine after a busy day of Barcelona sightseeing. The stuff cleaned the room every day and changed the towels as well.

Everything was simply perfect! The hotel is lovely , the rooms are very clean and well equipped! The staff was more than kind and happy to help with every request no matter at what time, even late in the evening! It rather feels like having an own and special home for the time in Barcelona and made enjoying our stay just perfect! Everything is modern and very classy there and the pool on the rooftop is top notch, too. All in all, location was perfect for us since it was also close to our concert. :) We would love to visit again!

Apartment was spacious, very modern and clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful, the location was great for airport access and close to a central metro station for getting out and exploring. The rooftop terrace and pool was really lovely to sit out on the warm afternoons Beds were really comfy.

would have been great to offer some complimentary teas/ milk / coffee. No full length mirror, there was plenty of the space in the room for this, and with the only mirror in the small bathroom it was a squeeze for 3 of us to get ready.

The rooms, the amenities, the services and the personnel of the hotel are great. The location is okay, Barcelona has everything very spread out so wherever you stay you will need to get to the other side of the city at some point. In general, I would stay again in the hotel even if the location is not great(locations like Eixample are better)

The only two real complaints I have are minimal, the design of the showers could be improved they are slightly on the uncomfortable side. The location of the hotel, is perfect for Montjuic but it's not that close to the Metro, you either need to walk about 700 m to the metro or take a bus to it) if it was very near the metro station would become the perfect hotel choice for Barcelona.

Reception personnell was very cooperative and flexible. Room-maids were very kind and attentive. The greatest pro of this hotel is the late check-out option. The heating was turned on when we took over our room. There are several small shops and snack-bars (even breakfast places!) in the neighborhood. Public transport is excellent: there is a direct bus-line from the airport that takes you directly to the hotel.

There was no toilet-brush in the bathroom :-( The kitchen-table in our room was located right at the entrance of the bathroom: a little bit unfortunate arrangement...

The 3 person room was bigger than an average hotel room. The hotel and room were very clean and cleaned every day. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the roof pool. In real life it felt bigger than on the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. In October the water was a bit cold but we still swam in the pool every day. That part of the city is not central but has many interesting sites, parks and museums to visit.

No balcony/terrace in this room. There was no paper towel in the kitchen. Probably not an issue in the summer when everything dries quickly but in colder months it would be very useful. Wish the hotel was located be a bit closer to the subway stop (9 minute walk). The part of the city has many interesting sites, parks and museums to visit but it's not a central location and you need to travel by subway (and sometimes change trains) to visit the most iconic places.

On arrival we checked in with Sira who was lovely and very happy to answer any of our questions. We booked a one bedroom apartment for the 4 of us and it was great for space. The sofa bed was a bit squeeky so my son, the lightest of us all had that bed! It had a washing machine and maiden on the balcony so we kept up with washes whilst away. We cooked a couple of nights on the two hobs but found kitchen a bit small. We had a dining table for 4 people which was great. Located out of the centre but we did not mind travelling in either by bus, train or walking. Found it nice and quiet during the day and night. Pool was a great extra and kids enjoyed cooling off. It usually got busy after 4pm. The room had great air conditioning!

The shower blocked each time. We could've done with some more toilet roll, bin bags and a tea towel. These things are usually provided when we have booked apartments so don't usually pack them. We asked for some toilet roll and bin bags and were given 2. Perhaps people buy their own but I thought there would have been enough for the length of our stay.
