Clean and close to the metro station. There was a mini supermarket, Condis, right across the hotel opening 7 days a week. Love the sign of Silence. The cleaning staff was friendly too and able to keep my room clean and tidy in these 7 days.

A few broken things including the shower door (When I pulled the door, some wheels were floating in the air) and the bin pedal inside the bathroom. One male shopkeeper at the supermarket was not honest about charging more money from tourists. (I bought the same thing every day and noticed that)

Location is perfect - near to Spain square, where airoport shuttle stops, and Metro and bus station in 5 min walk. Across the street - small supermarket with all neccesary things, in 15 min by walk - big Mercadona. We found a few places around with authentic breakfast (tortilla and sandwiches with catalan bread). Room has all needful things - comfortable bed for relaxing after a big travel day, bathroom and small patio, where you can have supermarket or delivery dinner or just dry your swim wear. Personal were extremely helpful and nice, and btw there are coffee, tea and water on the reception. So if you are planning to spend all days walking around stunning Barcelona and use room only for having shower and sleep - this hotel is perfectly for you.

Some of room parts were not new and needed to be renovated. But we were prepared for it. Be carefull with AC - we haven't found out first how to choose it properly, so my husband got cold and catch a flu, but nothing serious, just take your time to understand, or ask stuff.

Great location, in the center, near metro. Very clean. Only very basic furniture in the room, but enough. Nice shower with strong water pressure. Efficient system of self check in.

There is no kettle in the room (but there is a communal kettle in the reception area, which was good). Suggestion: tap water is awful (this is a Barcelona problem, not a hotel problem) so remember to buy a bottle of water for the night.

Clean, professional, neat, and crisp. I really liked this spot. Access is great, staff where awesome, very inviting. The room was exactly what one person needs. The price and quality on the high end for a solo room if you are trying to travel cheap, but if you need a night or two of privacy its well worth it. Most important part: cleanliness was top notch!

There was a sign in the hallway describing a 500 eur charge if excessive noise was detected by the noise sensor in the room. The hotel was quiet! But I kept worrying that I would knock something over on accident and get charged 500 eur xD.

Central location, easy check-in even after hours, great communication from the host. Hotel has an elevator, the room was clean and I had everything I needed.

Unfortunately the night was noisy with some people walking home from the bar and garbarge collection taking place in the middle of the night so I didn't sleep that well. That's not something the host can change though and I could have closed the window and put on the A/C instead of sleeping with an open window so that's on me. The hotel itself and the people sleeping there were quiet. One constructive feedback I have is that the shower floor was very slippery so a non-slip shower mat would be useful.

We were very pleased with this lovely hotel where we stayed from September 13th to 16th. First of all, the hotel was very clean. The scent of soap welcomes you. Its location is quite nice, close to the metro. When we come to Barcelona again, it's undoubtedly the place we'll stay at. We definitely recommend it to those who want to come to Barcelona. There was no noise, and making noise is prohibited because there's a punishment for it. Thanks to them, we had a very peaceful and happy 3 days in Barcelona. Many thanks for everything.

- the facilities/room: big window, lots of natural light in the room (2nd floor), well designed bathroom, excellent wifi, tea/coffee/water in self service downstairs, very clean - the neighborhood : where real people live and work, felt great to be away from mass tourism, supermarket accross the street, lots of small restaurants and cafés, close to subway - the staff : everybody was very nice

- poor quality mattress, definitely way too soft/inadequate for people over 50 kg with back problems! The sofa/chair was quite worn out - earplugs recommended if you don't want to hear your room neighbors etc. - the taxi the hotel ordered charged +10 EUR more on the way back to the airport (i paid 42 EUR instead of 32)

The room is exceptionally clean every day, towels are always changed, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom, and shampoo and shower gel are provided.The room is small, but honestly, for the three days we only slept there, it was extraordinary and comfortable. The transportation (metro) is a 4-minute walk away, and the airport bus is a 10-minute ride.

It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room as it would have been helpful for our drinks. However, there is a market across the street that has everything. Another downside is the unavailability of the terrace.

A stunning little hotel in Barcelona, which is close to public transport networks, including the Barcelona Santa station and the Placa de Sants metro station. There are also some very nice restaurants and small cafe shops close by for a nice breakfast or dinner in the area. Another really nice benefit is the small supermarket located directly across the street. This meant we could get a little snack or drink at any time. The Picasso room itself was a little small but complimented with a gorgeous seating area outside which was lovely. The shower has plenty of water pressure and was nice and easy to use. There is free tea and coffee in a communal area and the staff were very kind and accommodating. For the price, this is wonderful value! We will definitely stay here again for our next visit and would request the same room again!

Not really applicable! The beds moved a little too easily and made a little noise, but that’s me griping for a negative thing to say!
