Convenient 3*hotel with great location. Mall, bus and metro stations nearby, some of the sights at walking distance. Spacious, clean room with comfortable beds. Good breakfast. There is a small gym and a rooftop terrace. Nice staff. Yes, you may have to wait a little bit at breakfast, yes, the hotel is beside a main street, but we ate well, slept very well, it is a great choice for families.

Some of the food at breakfast I would have expected to be warm at least (boiled eggs or tortilla for example). In the bathroom, there are not enough hangers and the ones you have are not very smartly located.

Staff very attentive and helpful. Translated for us with Medical equipment company to get a replacement device for my wife. Excellent directions for the neighborhood, and lined up a great taxi to airport. Everyone in this hotel very helpful and attentive. Overall this hotel, the property itself, staff and management are a great example of how a hotel should be run.

Crowded between other hotels, this is such a nice place it needs a garden or atrium. Excellent use of space in the reception area, Disappointed to say slow, cramped elevators, Overlooked it due to excellent staff.

It is spacious. Close to transportation especially the bus to the airport. Close to restaurants and convenient store.

We need to open the windows all the time because even during winter (50-60 degreeF), the room is very warm, making it very noisy to sleep since it is close to major road. A ceiling fan with be good.

Friendly staff, they were very pleasant willing to help us with everything great location near Metro stations, near a mall, near the Catalunya castle and magic fountain. nice street with restaurants and supermarkets around. nice view from the room window the room was big, clean and well equipped If we come again to Barcelona we will definitely return to this hotel. Good location near the Spain Square with direct connection to the airport El Prat (bus 46) and city center (metro), and walking distance to the railway station Sants. The hotel is on a noisy street, but it was silent in the room. Clean room with big shower, friendly personnel (we came early and our room was not ready yet, and they gave us another room with no extra charge).

There was no corkscrew in the room (but it's available on reception).

we were happy about everything. Location was great, we were very close to shops and touristy locations. Plenty of eateries around as well to choose from.

Can not complain about anything. We were a family of four, everything was up to our standards and needs.

The location was very nice and the staff were very helpful with keeping our luggage safe before check-in and after check-out. They also helped us get started with the Metro which was very helpful. The room was perfect for a family of four and we all thought it was very nice

The walls are really thin and if you have a noisy neighbor it will sometimes feel like they are in the room with you.

Good location, the underground is just a few minutes away.The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious .Breakfast is substantial.The staff members are helpful and are at your service ,help you with anything you need.

Great location on airport bus route near Placa Espana. Room very comfy with cooking facilities & quiet since on 6th floor. Great roof terrace & city views. We paid at the hotel for breakfast, good value at €9
