Extremely well located and good apartment size for us that we’re 4 people. Staff is super friendly!

They don’t have storage in their facilities and even when they do have another facility 5 mins from there to store the luggage this isn’t convenient at all when you’re visiting 5 cities in one week. They should definitely preview storage there itself

Great location, easy to communicate with the reception staff on messenger. The rooms are getting a refresh so ours must have just been decorated. I think this place was good value for money, we wanted a balcony and a base to explore. Great food choices and everything was walking distance. At least two supermarkets right underneath. Grand, old building.

Pet peeve is when a double bed is actually two singles and they shift around! May have been better if fixed together. Would have also appreciated a few more hooks in the bathroom. However these are minor points and I still recommend this place!!

Everything we needed as a base, walking distance to main attractions or public transport. Supermarket and pharmacy next door. Nice city view from balcony

Didn’t expect and online check in process which consumed time that morning while trying to check out of the other accommodation. I’ll also note that the sign for the property is quite small when first looking

The sofa where the children slept was not very comfortable, in my opinion, the pillows should be removed when opening, as the children slept with their heads down. There should have been a bucket for cleaning in the room since we were in the holiday season and the cleaner could not come. And a pair of slippers should at least have the room.

The owners made a huge effort to ensure everything went well for our stay, The room itself was light and spacious with all kitchen facilities, and had a great balcony overlooking the street. The apartments are located in a very central yet relatively quiet part of the city, about 5-7min walk from either Tetuan or Urquinoana stations, and only a few more minutes to Plaza de Catalunya. We used the private parking arranged by the owners just around the corner, which was also very convenient. Thank you Jesús and Javier for making our stay such a good one. I totally recommend this accommodation.

Everything was great and, if possible, exceeded our expectations!

The room is very big, clean and bright - the outside view is nice, inside an apartment block but very interesting to look at as there are very many different architectural styles of the other buildings, it was as starring at a painting. The Hotel manager is very nice and easy to communicate with, let us leave our luggage there longer just so we don't have to carry it around with us on our last day. The apartment is clean and the bed is extra large and very comfy. The coffee machine was used daily by us, also the tea maker. The location is very central with lots of coffees and restaurants in range. I recommend for example Papaya for coffee, el mercat for a dinner date, or bruc 33 for extra nice tapas. you walk about 20 minutes to Rambla, or 25 to Sagrada just to give you an idea. We also rented some bikes , which i recommend for Barcelona. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends to stay here.

The location is great. It was warm. Parking for 20€ per night.

In general it was fine, but the room just didn’t match the atmosphere of the building. Cheap and very basic interior. No coffee maker, where you can prepare your own coffee, not from the capsules.

The apartment was simply but comprehensively furnished. The apartment was clean. The apartment is within walking distance to the centre and there are shops and restaurants in the area.

The bed frame was no longer in good shape - it creaked.

Very perfect location closed to every turistic location👌. Personal was very friendly, room was good and clean. 😊

One of the mattresses was not comfortable but the staff found a solution immediately 😊

Location was perfect, very central for all amenities, apartment was good, clean and had all the basics.

I requested a double bed but got two single beds pushed together.
