Amazing apartment for it’s value. Has everything you need inside. Even an a/c and apartment gets heated pretty quickly. Good location i would say even rather quiet. And has an amazing balcony-terrace☺️

Please fix your system of check in . We had to wait for 1,5 hours to get inside apartment, cause the automatic check in didn’t work. We got our compensation for it - late check out. But I 100% would prefer to pay for it instead of waiting in the evening with 2 kids in the entrance hall to finally get the keys. The manager was very polite and sorry for it, but I wish we were not in that situation. And the bunk bed- if you can attach a bit higher fence that would be better. Otherwise apartment is really good.

We like the deco and simplicity of the place, especially the enclosed balcony is unique and v ideal for quiet time and also a good place to watch the people on the street go by. We appreciate the staff at the admin office for letting us keep our luggages for a few hours after our check out.

The few steps leading up to the lift was a little challenge for us as we had big suitcases, however the air conditioning and the view of the apartment at the end of the challenge paid it off in the end.

Spacious and quiet apartment with good air con. Great location - quiet neighbourhood with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars, yet just a short walk to the tourist areas. Close to two metro stations and regional station at Arc de Triomf - easy to get around Great supermarket around the corner Great wifi Washing machine (Although instructions would be useful) Bunk beds in the second room - prevents arguments when my kids have to share a bed.

Dishwasher was a bit old and didn't work very well. No wardrobe or clothes storage in the main bedroom No plug in the kitchen sink meant hard to wash up No plug in the bathroom sink.

It is a fantastic little apartment within walking distance of all the sights and shopping strips. The apartment is clean and quiet with plenty of space for a family of 4 adults. Situated on a beautiful street, the apartment sits above some great cafes and we were spoiled for choice on where to get our morning coffee and croissants. The beds are all comfy and the pillows were actually firm which was a bonus after 26 hours of travelling to get there. There are 4 or 5 supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Public transport is close by but we hardly used it as it was easy to walk to all the major sights. The washing machine door wouldn't close so I sent an email to the host - within 2 hours it was fixed!

No complaints to mention.

Very well prepared with everything you might need for a stay whether short or long. Location is great and beds are comfortable. Modern appartment with a very convenient access method. Biggest downside is that the lift is horrible says 200kgs, 2 persons and could only fit one person as it wont go up. Big disasvantage! Also stayed for 4 nights and no towels were replaced.

Great location. Old classic apartment. Felt close to the history of Barcelona versus a modern apartment yet refurbished with all the modern conveniences. Bunk bed good for families and master bed sooo comfortable.

As with an old building, you could hear the load slamming of doors as our neighbours came and went all night. Young partiers I think. Wasn’t a problem but I think it would be good to highlight to guests to be quiet or aware of noise between certain times.

This was an excellent stay from the start to the end. The check in information was helpful, accurate, and the host was responsive and friendly. The apartment itself is like the pictures, very spacious, modern, and clean. Everything was as described on the listing, and it was a great location/central. I would recommend.

A few more amenities for longer stays would be appreciated eg a couple more dishwash tables and toilet paper.

Good location (not too close to the main tourist attraction but walkable with kids, therefore nice and quiet and feel safe. Each room wasn’t big but more than enough for a short stay for a family. Good to have few rooms available it definitely made us feel like home.

It looks great and modern overall but little things, like a door handle or table legs, looked it needed to be changed.

Excellent location! The apartment is very well equipped, very clean and cosy. The terraces are a big hit! Easy check in and check out (via the use of access code).

The mattress (at least in our bedroom) was super uncomfortable and the head board of the bed although beautiful it is makes a lot of noise with a simple move in bed. The hot water run out very quickly (not enough for four people to take a shower).

Location is great! It's good for 5 people. If you have more than 5, then someone will need to sleep in the living room.

The lift is not working and we had to climb almost 3 flights of stairs to reach our apartment. I bet the lift is always not working so be aware of this.
