The location of the place was perfect - very charming and so close to bars, restaurants, small shops. My only issue was that there wasn't a lot of room for your clothes and suitcase. It was fine for just one person but if I came with a friend, we wouldn't have a lot of space to place our clothes. But the staff was amazing and attentive, and the space bright and welcoming. Great breakfasts too. I would definitely come back if I visited solo, but may have to look for options if I had a companion since they would have their own bags and things (though perhaps the other rooms had more clothing storage space - I had the double). Loved the stay though and would recommend to others.

The hotel is great, the room was spacious as in the photos. The staff is super friendly.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you are a light sleeper because noises come from everywhere. There is a Plaça outside and there are always a lot of people up until midnight. And also I could hear the neighbours from above walking, I suppose sound proofing between floors is not very good so unfortunately I could sleep only 2-3 hours during nighttime because I am light sleeper.

The rooms are beautifully designed and furnished, the hotel is very modern, you enter with your room card on your phone. They have breakfast options (we didn't pick breakfast but it looks nice), and free filtered water in the lobby. When we arrived their was an issue with the A/C in our room, and by the next morning they had moved us into an upgraded room without us having asked for that. The staff is incredibly friendly. The area around the hotel is incredible, at least 5 restaurants in the plaza outside the hotel which we returned to constantly during our trip. 6 minutes walk to the nearest metro.

The hotel is located in an absolutely lovely area that is cozy and lively with an endless amount of restaurants, bars and cafes. It is easily accessed by public transport, but if you are not lazy then many of the sights are also within walking distance. The room was more spacious than expected and more quiet than I assumed, even though it was overlooking a busy square.

Even though the door code system and no key card policy work nicely otherwise, then the online check-in is a bit of a hassle and takes several tries with all the uploads, photos and what not.

The location was incredible, you’re in the heart of a busy plaza and there’s so many great places to eat within walking distance. The metro station is a short walk away on a very convenient line. The rooftop bar was a nice chill place to have a beer before going out. The room was clean and nice and simply laid out.

when I booked the place the pond was advertised as a pool, it would have been nice to know that it wasn’t a pool as we did want somewhere to cool off from the intense August heat.

Loved the view onto the square and the roof terrace was wonderful - very quiet as the bar was closed and a great place to go to escape the crowds on the square when the sun came out.

Bit mean with the pillows - 2 per person instead of 1 would have made a huge difference. Also breakfast was poor. Lukewarm coffee, stale croissants and pastries and low grade orange juice. Might be better for the hotel not to offer it? We normally go out for breakfast anyway but stayed in on this occasion because it was raining.

I loved the location which felt like it was in a more residential area, so a bustling square with cafes and bars surrounding it. It was also very comfortable and clean.

The only thing I might have changed was the chair in the room. It was fine, but not one to sit in for a while, which was a shame as the view from the room into the square was nice to watch. But it was a great room and stay.

Staff at the front desk, especially Judith, are very accommodating? Friendly and assisted with the extra day booking I needed. I checked in at 0100 and all access information was available to me and code worked fine The hotel room was good size with a fridge , kettle , coffee and tea available. The shower was good size . The location was close to shops and a really nice area

Everything was great. Street is noisy. Ear plugs provided . But I didn't mind, I enjoyed it

Great stay! Good comunication from the staff also the girl who attended us on our check in was super kind and professional, the hotel room was a good size ,very basic but quite modern.

The only disappointment was that the terrace was constantly closed for the weekend we were there that or that no one was at the terrace bar to serve us , and on the other hand we were being woken up every morning 8 AM from a lot of noise made by the cleaning lady who was banging out loudly on the floor the vacuum cleaner and the doors from 8 AM ,we are not against her doin her work but she could conisder that it is a hotel where people are resting at that time of the morning and its unpleasant to be woken up by all this noise

The location was good and close to the metro station that made the whole city accessible easily. The room was cleaned everyday and it looked like recently renovated. The space was adequate and the bathroom was really nice!

The hotel met our expectations so nothing we didn't enjoy. There was a lot of communication happening via emails and messages for the check in but also feedback afterwards that was rather annoying.
