The cleanliness was fantastic and the room itself was very nice. The location was central and I was easily able to take the Metro everywhere. The staff were welcoming and flexible with me in terms of check-in and check-out.

The only thing that could have been improved upon was offering a complimentary breakfast.

I liked the most that it is right next to a shopping center and the National Museum plus Catalunya Square. From this hotel you can walk to the center on foot, admiring the beautiful buildings of Barcelona in just one hour! It is a 15-minute walk from the train station. The metro is 3 minutes away. It is a newly renovated hotel! From here you can walk to the Port in no more than 40 minutes, and the streets are a visual spectacle. It is a hotel that I recommend!

I didn't like that I didn't have the opportunity to use their restaurant considering that it was under renovation, but this wasn't a major impediment either because 2 minutes from the hotel there are many restaurants with excellent food such as Tapa Tapa .

No serving breakfast new year period,but plenty of coffe bars arround or oposite mall arena. Cleaning room daily,towels,shower excellent.

Rooms with street view a bit under noisy mornings mall deliveries at 5-8.00 am. Also,beds moving next level over the floor in the mornings has a disturbing sleep. Entrance hotel poor,look like a block flat in,but elevators were both fine.

The renovated room we stayed in was large and comfortable, with a lovely view from the small balcony. The staff were friendly, and although we didn't use it the pool looked well maintained. The room was also very clean and all the basics were of a good quality.

The beds were quite firm, and we did think the rooms were a little too minimalist. For example it would have been handy to have some more shelving or hooks for hanging our towels.

The rooms were very well furnished and nicely decorated.

There were no supplies except soap. I wish they had at least given shampoo. Btw I think this type of hotels should at least have some nespresso or any type of coffee machine in the room. Besides the walls are so thin that all the elevator noise including the neighbors’ noises were disturbing.

Lovely room. I picked it as it had a balcony overlooking a park. Loved that there was a large shopping centre/supermarket nearby in the old bull ring. Great to have a fridge in the room. It was kept really clean. location was great for metro and bus connections. Explore the back streets - there's a really interesting side to Espanya. Helpful, friendly staff.

I was surprised that I had to pay a 20 euro deposit to borrow a kettle! I think the hotel would be extremely noisy if there were more people staying. Luckily it was v quiet in March, but one morning, I could hear the person above walking around their room, opening the patio door and it was really loud.

Best feature of the hotel is location, safe and very communicative place with mall (10m) and metro, bus and Airport bus station in 50m proximity. There are restaurants close by and a park just around the corner. One of the biggest sightseeing places are also around the corner (Museum of Catalonian Art located in a Palace and Magic singing fountains in front of it, not working currently. We arrived earlier than official check in and staff took our baggage so we do not stroll around with suitcase till 14.00h.

Great location, very helpful staff, large, very clean room.

No restaurant and a little noisy in the morning but am aware that both of these will be rectified once the refurbishment is completed. The curtains were see through so felt on show. There was no soap dish in the bathroom . There were no instructions for the T.V.

The room is very cozy, has a good space, everything was clean and working properly, staff was also great and welcoming. The hotel is also in a good location, surrounded by many transportation options, the Arenas shopping center and close to Montjuïc. I enjoyed my stay and would definetely recommend.

Onix fira was amazing, unfortunately our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 2am the hotel was very accomodating to this and helped us with a smooth and quick check in! The next morning they arranged a doctor for one of us who was sick and were so helpful to us! the rooms was pretty nice as well, the breakfast looked good but we never got around to it. The location was really good as it was a very short metro or taxi to the city centre and gothic quarter.
