The apartments at first glance was not renovated. Although for all of the little things, it was perfect. There were: towels that were big and there was like 7 of them, tea, milk, water (because tap water is not drinkable), there was even washing machine detergant and dishwasher capsules. The toilet paper was not thin, it was normal. The apartment had 2 showers and 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and other living area space. Also the hairdryer had an attachement so it was easy to make my hair look good. The location was brilliant. The app was really easy to use for entering apartment. Check in was also easy. We were able to check in after midnight and we didn't have to pay any late check in fee. I loved that. The apartment was in 5th floor, in spanish counting 3rd:D but there was a lift, it was old but easy to use and silent. Neighbours were also friendly, asked where are we from, chatted a little. The bedroom farthest from the windows was really silent, no loud noises. Other 2 bedrooms were a little noisy in the morning but the staff left earplugs, that's just awesome. The beds were comfortable and we had a free locker after a check out to leave our luggage until 8pm. In general, we loved the stay, we would definetely come back here if we are again in Barcelona. There were no slippers for us as was in some photos. The smallest bedroom had no mirror, it could have had a full sized mirror outsode the room as there wouldn't be any space for it in the bedroom. A renovation would be nice but small cracks in the walls didn't bother us at all.

Lovely wee attic apartment with a great balcony. The check in was all tech, with a code sent to unlock the entrance and apartment doors, never used it before but very straightforward and easy, with everything done on whatsapp. The apartment is well located with loads to see and do within a short walk, and the area surrounded with bars and restaurants. Apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. Its quite compact with a fold down sofa in the living room and ensuite, so whoever uses the loo has to go through the bedroom, but I dont see what else they could have done with the space available.

The location is perfect. Close to all the connections you would need, from shops to public transport and local bars. The check in is remote, so no need to talk to anyone.

All of the doors and windows are old, so you hear everything. That is especially troubling for the main bedroom which faces the busy street. More than once i was woken up because of trash collectors at night. The included breakfast is identcal every day, and could be improved. It consists of a cinamon roll, a banan, cookie and small juuce.

The location of this place is absolutely great. It is 5 to 7 minutes walking from 3 metro stations. It is one minute away from a bus stop and it's surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and other businesses. We were in the apartment in the attic and we had the terrace for ourselves. It has a great view, we even saw the Spanish Xmas parade from there. The place is clean and all the small details surprise you. There was this cleaning kit in the kitchen with a few goodies, a beer in the fridge, a pack of crisps and juice for the kids. The bathroom is clean, spacious and the pressure in the shower was lovely. It has aircon for summer, fans for the bedroom and it acts as a heater too, it's actually quite efficient. There are no keys, just press a button on the phone and the door of the building opens. Same for the main door of the place. The area is secure and quiet at night.

I loved everything. Maybe be aware that if you leave the bathroom door open the steam from the shower can trigger the smoke alarm in the bedroom 😂 it happened to us at 2am when getting ready to go to the airport.

Great location. well equipped rooms and bathrooms. Overall clean. Easy to access via public transport. Close to many restaurants, bars, and shops. easy to check in and out. Fast response from customer service to resolve issues.

Unfortunately the windows are old and not sound proof - hence street noise is very loud at times. Not sure how comfortable it will be in the summer - it can get warm. Keeping the window open for ventilation means letting in street noise too! :( Would be great if they can provide fans.

The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and clean, with comfortable beds, and two bathrooms made a big difference. The location was also great, with lots of supermarkets and public transportation around it.

The elevator of the building is small and looks like a 19th-century thing, which can be nice as a vintage feature. However, the fact that if somebody forgot to close all 3 doors, it won't be available for the all building's tenants and guests - so it really depends on other people's attention - should be mentioned in advance.

The location was great. The ease of checking in and out was great. I liked the way they decorated the apartment and had all the facilities you need

I think there could be some more seating arrangements in the living room area. I feel like the dining room at the end was a bit useless to be honest. The balcony is really small, no space for furniture

Location and price was excellent. Very good stay. Very easy to navigate website and access the property. Would recommend

Decor a little tired. Windows are old and noise is loud from the road outside. That said, I liked the windows as they had old world character, and the noise didn't bother me too much

Location was great. Lots of cafe’s, restaurants & shops nearby & excellent access to Metro & bus stop for the airport.

Not enough seating. Only one 2 seater couch for an apartment that sleeps 6 people. The air-con wasn’t working in the front half of the apartment so we had to request fans to be delivered.

The place is big and the location is very convenient.

I had multiple issues with the staff and this is the only reason why I have given this grade. I had to chat and talk with many people so that I can be sure everything with my stay will be ok and this was really exhausting and frustrating.
