Everything was great. Hotel is clean, just a bit outdated bathroom. But again, very clean and maintained. Bedroom was great and comfortable beds. The hotel actually gives you a little welcome pack including: tote bag (to keep), mini bottle of wine, chips and lollipops. This was a wonderful little feature. Bathroom also had a toothbrush and earplugs.. very thoughtful. My room was on top floor, and I did end up using the earplugs since some neighbors were being loud.great location- 5 minute walk to various metro stations- 15 minute walk to placa de catalunya. Will be back for sure!

I spent a week at this wonderful hotel and was absolutely delighted. Start with the view from the window. The bathtub was a special treat, where I could relax after long and intense workdays on an tedious project — it was lifesaver! The pillows in the room were the best I’ve ever experienced, and now I’m dreaming of getting the same ones for my home. It’s very thoughtful that one pillow is firmer and the other is softer – that’s exactly how I sleep at home! An unexpected bonus was the earplugs which was provided at the check in, they became essential during the fireworks festival, allowing me to rest peacefully. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which added to the comfort. Everything in the room worked perfectly, with no broken items or inconveniences. I managed to both work and relax. This is truly an ideal place for those who appreciate comfort and relaxation!

Our stay was a wonderfull experience. For this price we ussualy had gotten worse places. Here the staff was super kind, the facilities were nicer that we expected. In the bathroom there were even toothbrushes, which we don't see recently in hotels such stars in Barca. Very clean and even compliments from cleaner for our kid. It is clear their nice attitude to clients. The restarant and the terrace are nicer in real than the pictures. Just the price of the breakfast was high, but it really worth it. Very comfortable bed. One thing: the one cleaner shouldn't knock in the door to remind us when is the time to clean. I recommend 200% .It deserves more stars.

This has become my go-to hotel in Barcelona (second stay). It's located in a quiet, central part of Eixample and a mere 15-minute walk from the Sants train station. The common areas are comfortable, peaceful, nicely decorated (love the chic/hipster vibe), and accessible (an "honest bar" and coffee and water are available in the lounge area), and the terraces are great. Wonderful for reading or concentrating on work. It is hard to imagine busy Barcelona is so nearby. The room -albeit small- had good lighting, and a good view, and the bathroom was comfortable, clean and spacious. Adequate closet space.

The breakfast could do with vegan options.

Clean facilities and friendly staff. Bedsheets and towels were changed every day and one of the days we were late to go out (leaving a do not disturb sign outside) they left us a note under the door saying that if we need anything changed to contact the reception and they're more than welcome to do it. We had to check out before our flight for quite a bit of time so the staff were accommodating and allowed us to leave our suitcases and when coming to collect them, let us use their facilities to freshen up before heading to the airport.

The receptionist denied to connect my room with an urgent call from my family ...😰

24h reception, friendly personnel, daily room cleaning, free drinks in fridge at arrival, free water and caffee all day in bar, 2 nice terraces, great location with park near by 24h open shop and access to several metro station just few minutes walk

Room equipment is already a bit outdated and could be better maintained (e.g. jacuzzi not working), beds also not so confortable (at least the 2 additional ones in family room, the main one was ok)

Lobby is nice and also they gave us the iron forbthe entire stay period. Didn't get the chance to try the hotel facilities or restaurant bevause we wanted to visit the city and eat in different places everyday. But the room was clean and the area where the hotel is located, is a quiet one.

The hairdryer is a bit old and slow and unefficient, but it does the jib if you are paciente persone. Room wasn't spacious enough. If you put your luggage anywhere, you don't have space to move around, just over the luggage.

Great location in a friendly neighbourhood but within walking distance from the centre of town. Lots of small cafes and restaurants near. Two underground stations one five mins away and the other ten. The rooms with an inside-facing windows still get light and but do not have any view (they look towards a wall). Staff was friendly and they have a locked luggage room which you can use all day. Late checkout is also nice.

The single/double rooms are quite small, but if you are planning to spend most of your time outside it's quite alright. Do note that the closet is pretty small so we had to leave some of our things in the luggage, but again it was not a major problem. The bedsheets have not been changed throughout our one week stay, but the overall cleanliness of the room was fine. Towels were changed every morning.

Everything was cool, very attentive staff, they helped me with all possible questions and issues I faced during the stay (explained how the condition system works, ordered taxi to airport, were very friendly)

A bit noisy in the room in the morning hours so it can be an issue for the people who are sensitive to that
