We have stayed before and like this hotel for its location and helpful staff. The sea view rooms are lovely.

The room could have been cleaner. The cheese at breakfast was the cheap cheese sliced type that looks like plastic.

The location is superb for old town Benidorm. Great views and if you use the Beniconnect bus service from the airport it stops/collects right outside the airport. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The cleaners keep the rooms, and general hotel, in a very clean condition. The meals were great and the catering staff are very helpful and attentive to the needs of the guests. A must if you visit here is the rooftop bar with great views over the port and a very polite/attentive barman who makes great cocktails

The only down side is the layout of the bathroom - the planners should have switched the positioning of the sink and the toilet, I am not an overweight person, but I felt cramped in

The view from our seaview room and the rooftop bar was fantastic. A beautiful little area that was cozy and comfortable with great music, a great bar man and the most fantastic view of the sun setting each evening. Perfect.

The rooms are a little on the small side. The air con kept resetting itself to 23 degrees and even at 14 it was still too hot. No kettle in the rooms either. At this time of year a lot of Spanish pensioners stay for free holidays and they can be really rude & pushy. Because of this we had to queue each morning for breakfast. They also tend to get served quicker than us!

Excellent Location, our room was clean and well maintained (super shower). No pressure to vacate rooms early in the morning. Lifts worked really well, and delivered us directly to the dining room

Here you Spanish people have a great problem with the English, but maybe you could compromise and begin the evening meal earlier. In England 6pm is usual for evening meal, and always in the past in Spain the evening meal was 7pm.....so eating at 8pm had me reaching for the Antacid medicine to counter going to bed on a full stomach. Not healthy!

The location is perfect, across the street is the beach (not the crazy one Levante). Few minutes to walk to old town and to view point Balco de la Mediterrania, Placa del Castell, easy to get to Levante area, where the crazy pus and bars are as well as the more quiet area on Poniente Platja.

The room on the back side of the hotel has a tint balcony (no chairs or table that can fit) Only the front side rooms have a larger balcony with chairs and table. Every night at 1AM the rubbish is collected from the back of the hotel and wakes you up if you are asleep.

The location was excellent. Quite area with lovely restaurants nearby. Directly opposite the beautiful beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with something for everyone. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday and with a seaview you could sit on the balcony all day if you want and watch the world go by. Milenie in the bar was so friendly and would always welcome you with such a lovely smile. The rooftop bar had stunning views and was very relaxing.

The food was good for a three star hotel. Leaving the patio door slightly ajar at night and listening to the waves break on the shore was very relaxing. Exceptional location. No drunks shouting and signing at all hours and no banging of doors. Lifts very quick. Powerful shower with real hot water. The room was very well cleaned every day and towels and bedding smelt really fresh. Two large extra blankets in the cupboard if it should get chilly. TV in the room but didn't turn it on once as we just spent time on the balcony listening to the waves and people watching. We will definitely be back next year.

Location was excellent and close enough to walk in and out of the busier areas. We were there during the Fiesta, so we knew it was going to be busy. The rool top terrace is a little jem, but have to be quick to get seats.

Air conditioning was very poor. We only stopped for 3 nights so didn't mention it, but we are going to be booking this for October next year so would like to know that this will be working especially if this is as hot as it was.

The cheese at breakfast!! On our last visit we remarked that the plastic cheese let down the breakfast offer. It is now proper real cheese :) It proves they listen to their Clients feedback. Having now stayed 5 times its our home from home and doesnt disappoint. We had an issue outwith the hotel but Roberto and Ana were super helpful to us. Much appreciated. The 2 ladies who look after the Bar were great as was the lad in the fabulous Terrace bar. We are back with our family group in October

Our 6th time here. Simply put,we love it. Welcoming and helpful staff throughout. Spotlessly clean everywhere and plenty of choice for breakfast. Location cannot be faulted and a sea view if you pay for it.

Nothing. Slight disappointment that the fabulous rooftop bar was not open longer but General manager Sr Moreno explained that staffing issues were the reason. Fair enough.
