Great little hotel in the old town. Everyone working here is really nice and the location is perfect for shopping and the beach. Its also very close to the boats if you want a trip out on those. Walking to the British strip from here takes about 30 mins along the sea front with plenty of bars and restaurants to stop at on the way. This hotel is kept really clean and tidy and I will definitely be returning later in the year👍🥇

The only thing I didn't have in my room that I would have liked was a kettle and small fridge but to be fair there is a bar downstairs that you can get teas and coffee so not really a problem 👍

OK folks, this is not a luxury hotel, think more like a guesthouse near Gatwick/Heathrow when you need a handy clean overnight stay. The hotel is very clean, the staff are definitely grafters and the breakfast is great value for money. The water pressure is great, our room had a balcony and the area is residential and quiet but only 5mins walk from the beach if even. There is a hill back up to the hotel though if you're mobility challenged. If you go with high expectations you will not like it, if you accept it as sufficient and pleasant and cheap then you'll have a ball.

Nothing we didn't like, the hotel is dated and it shows, but it's very clean and well maintained. We have stayed in beautiful hotels and mostly stay 4star plus. This hotel was absolutely sufficient and we even worked from home using their wifi for 2 days

We actually booked into this hotel by mistake as going to meet nephew and family over from England we live in Spain he was in another hotel with similar name,would go back as been in many places in benidorm and some far from good,not far to beach and plenty of shops and bars close by surrounded by residential blocks not the best views from back or front but out most of the time so didn't bother us,we wanted to book out late no problem no extra cost could stay in room till 4pm

the hotel is well situated for the `old town` benidorm which is why I like to use this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and very clean as is the bathroom.

the one thing missing from the room was a chair to sit in to watch the TV or read a book,better than sitting on the bed,although there are chairs on the balcony ,so could have brought one inside to use ,but as they are only patio chairs not all that comfy. that is just a minor point though and would not spoil my stay.

In a quiet area of the old town, but very close to the attractions of Benidorm A lovely warm shower The rom was large and comfortable The breakfast was substantial, either continental or English

To take a shower, you had to stans in the bath. A little precarious for older people The soap provided was rather small and did not lather well.

This is a Wonderful Hotel, I rate it 11/10 All staff are so friendly and are very helpful, The Hotel has a lovely Bar and lovely restaurant, very relaxed. my room was immaculate and very nice with a lovely balcony which was great. had a safe in my room, daily housekeeping and lots of toiletries every day. Its in a great location and is a short walk to the beach and Marina, which is great, A 15 min walk to the Train station, Taxi rank and Bus stop just around the corner, plenty shops,supermarkets and restaurants all around, but Hotel is relaxed and quiet, was travelling on my own and felt very safe at this Hotel, Thank you to all the staff I loved staying with you, So glad I found this Hotel, can’t wait to come back later this year, See you all soon 🇪🇸 😃X.

Centrally located very close to old town & the 2 expansive beaches on each side. A short 10-15 minute walk to the tram from Alicante or Denia. Nice little breakfast for reasonable cost. Staff very helpful. I will definitely put it on my stay again list for the Costa Blanca.

No refrigerator / mini fridge in room but many stores close by to get cold drinks.

The staff were very nice & very helpful. The location was great. The rooms and hotel were very clean.

I would have scored this 10/10, but the A/C dripped condensation continuously. It left a huge puddle initially, and we had to use towels to catch the water. We had a choice overnight, be hot or hear dripping. This a/c fault would not be a new fault, and it's a shame because otherwise this would have been such good value for money.

Location - hotel was just a very short walk to the main part of the old town. Check in was very quick and friendly staff . Even gave us a travel kettle for room. basic hotel but very clean .

The lock on the door! Was very unusual not just your basic key finally figured it out though

The hotel is in a great location , close but not too close to all the hustle and bustle so when the time comes you can chill out at the hotel and re change your batteries and yes the phone signal is excellent As always the rooms were very clean . The staff are very friendly and pleasant .
