Location is superb fir this well managed hotel. The Levante beach is a fabulous well cared for beach and we enjoyed the views from the balcony. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very attentive. The reception staff dealt with our many queries ( Maria and Nuria ) and we decided to hire a scooter for my mother part way through the holiday and the receptionist Raquel was very helpful in ordering it and sorting out the garage space for us.

Nothing. It is very unusual to not have a pool bar but we loved it because it made it a very quiet and peaceful environment.

Couldnt ask for a better location! On the beach but a great quiet section of the beach - not crowded on the sand, good bars and restaurant 5mins either side. Away from the madness but 8min stroll to it if you want it. Staff in the hotel could not be nicer - in particular Raquel on reception and Marie-Angeliese cooking the best omlettes each morning, such nice people and so helpful! Would not hesitate to stay again. Asked for a low floor if possible and got it. Never once had any issue with the lifts as people had commented in some previous reviews. Pool is lovely - quiet, calm area with no overcrowding or noise and also a low rise building at the side of pool so no large towers enclosing you in - very nice facility.

Spa facilities would be a nice addition but nothing whatsoever to dislike about this hotel!

We stayed for 5 nights in Les Dunes Comodoro with our 5 month old baby. This hotel is right on the beach and the promenade which is great to walk with a buggy. Excellent location - close enough to all bars and restaurants in the old town but far enough away to have peaceful nights sleep! Pool was great, never too busy and always got sun loungers. We were on the 2nd floor which was great if lifts were busy as could take the stairs up and down. There was live music at the weekends which could be heard from our room and balcony but baby slept through so didn’t bother us at all. We had breakfast included in our package and was ideal, had everything you needed. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly. We had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend and return!

Pool is located at back of hotel so pool area is shaded often so need to move with the sun, if you’re a sun worshipper ha! There is no pool bar. Didn’t bother us but just to be aware if that’s what you like.

Beautifull view to the see. Very close beach. Good flexible half-board. Possibility for early breakfast at 6. Very kind and helpfull cleaners.

There were no any information when arriving about hotel, towels, beach, what to see. There were no information that shoud pay for the sunbed and umbrella at the city beach. Should be improving on the elevators (like weight precheck, speed, etc)

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Raquel and Nuria, these two were excellent!

Although the hotel holds a 4 Star rating compared to UK standards it’s more like a 3 star. The building in general, swimming pools all need refurbishing and a good facelift. The breakfast was ok and to be honest for the extra it costs your better having breakfast at one of the local restaurants.

The best time I've had in the hotel is on a balcony of my room. The view is spectacular! I recommend to book a room with sea view on a high floor, it is the best view I've ever experienced in a hotel. Endless sea right in front of you. Also, the balcony is very private, I took sun bathes there. Also, staff are amazing! I've had a birthday during my stay and they brought me some sweets to the room and a bottle of Cava. So nice of them. Good breakfast. I also took dinners, they were good too.

The lifts!! We were on floor 23. The view was amazing but I have never cared for lifts. I would normally use the stairs for preference although not on floor 23!! on one occasion I was on my own in the lift when it stopped between floors after only a couple of floors descent. I was terrified and pressed the alarm button. Someone replied in Spanish and shortly after the lift moved again. Reception just said they had workmen in and made light of it. I was not impressed!

Location was Perfect Staff Happy and Helpful especially the Receptionist ..and the view from the rooms very nice..

Must say was disapointed to find NO milk in the room .. It's not provided with the tea coffee and sugar. I went to reception and asked If I could just grab a little from the dining room and was told NO way .. seems absolutely ridiculous that a little sachet could not have been in the room . It was so annoying to wake in the morning boil the kettle make the tea and Ohh No MILK .. Finally the room was not cleaned very well after the first night I was unsure if the maid had been in or not this was also a bit disapointing

It was my brothers 50th birthday break. On his birthday we went for breakfast. Come back to the room and there was Champagne on the table. A lovely message at the side and cake in the fridge. Made our day. Thank you very much to all the staff at the hotel. Will definitely visit again and recommend to everyone i know.

La Terraza restaurant, had dinner there 1 night, paella good but took 50 minutes to get it, our child ordered brownie and ice cream, after asking the waiter 3 times and an hour of waiting he informed us that dessert wasn't available
