Staff were friendly and helpful especially Begonia who was extra lovely . Apartment was large with a large balcony facing out towards the sea , although you do have buildings in front , we had a bath with shower bath was deep and long and shower was powerful also water is also piping hot. The area around has loads going on plenty bars and restaurants easy to reach old town. New town and a 5 minute walk to the beach front . Apartments have a lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds although we didn't use it it was clean and sunny perfect for kids if you don't want it noisy . There is a laundry room with 2 washing machines and a dryer also and iron board set up ideal for self catering. whole building is kept spotlessly clean with 2 lifts . Will definitely book them again . There were 2 british channels plus CBBC if you have kids .

Bring your own tea towels as there are none provided make up a wee kitchen pack to get you started .

The location is perfect. Everything is a short walk from the apartments.

We stayed for one week, and all housekeeping done was leave fresh towels, leaving the dirty ones on the floor? Don't rely on the tv to catch any ITV channels as it very rarely works.. We lost our safe key with all of our valuables inside on the morning of our departure but couldn't find any staff, and the emergency contact number just rang out, which caused a lot of stress by luck we found the key in the nick of time no thanks to the staff. Would I go again? Yes.

Good communication to organise a late (1am) check in. The place is quiet and comfortable, on a side street with a late night supermarket opposite. The beach is close, a short walk down a pedestrianised street. Spacious terrace for a one-bed apartment. Good location, near enough to walk to/from the bus station and Penelope Discotheque.

The kitchen is quite basic, so not good if you want to invite anyone over for some home cooking. The bed linen was quite worn and stained, and should really be changed for a new set.

Location was perfect. Main nightlife area just five minutes away and Old Town just a ten minute walk away. Big balcony on 10th floor with okay views. There are other high-rise hotels and apartment buildings around (this is Benidorm 😁) so the view is a bit restricted. Fridge, microwave and cooker (didn't use cooker) in apartment. Bright, airy rooms. Very clean and well maintained. There's a utility room in the basement with washing machines and an iron with ironing board. Pool area is nice (pool was a bit cold at first but fine once I was in 😁). Great value accomodation with everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Maria Victoria is in a great location 5/10 minutes walk to the strip, old town and the beach the apartment is nice and big there was 4 us and we add more than enough room also was nice and clean free air con as well pool area is small but nice very quiet would definitely recommend these apartments

No on site bar or even a vending machine But to be fair there is a shop across the road from the apartment that's open till late in the night.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean with a nice pool area. The location is perfect as it is less than ten mins walk either way to the beach or the old town shopping & so is away from the noise of the new town. There are many amenities available nearby. Any communication was responded to immediately, so overall it was a very enjoyable experience as the staff were so helpful.

The apartment was a little small for the price.

Room was cold heat Limited to air conditioner set at 22 degrees . No heat just cold air it was 8 degrees at night outside. Television was also Limited to 35 sound level would have okay apart from road works going on all with noisey drilling umatic machines.. Been in this apartments many times , This was disappointing on this occasion.

Always love staying at Maria Victoria Apartments when we visit Benidorm, the location is fantastic just a 5 min walk from the beach and 15 min walk from the strip which is far away enough to feel like you’re not on top of the hustle and bustle of the night life. The old town is also only 15 mins walk which is gorgeous. The facility itself is basic but clean and we will be booking again and again for years to come!

The balcony was lovely sat out there almost every day. As I use a stick for walking. The TV had some English channels which meant you could stay and watch it in the evening if you wanted to stay in and relax .the host went out of his way to be helpful to us as I went out with my key cards and I rang him very late one night and he was very good he came to the apartment to let us in and was not annoyed. I thought that was very helpful. its not

Nothing really. Had plenty of clean towels. Staff were very helpful. Just one thing there was a bottle bin outside the apartment and you could hear them at the bins all the time that's the one bad thing about the place.

The Location is excellent, between the Old Town and the New, only a short walk to the Beach and Bar Street ( Calle Gerona ), facilities were great, had all you wanted bearing in mind they are apartments, and the Reception is very friendly and helpful, we would use these again without a doubt.
