These apartments have everything u need in them an iron iorning board fridge microwave washing machine kettle & toaster the balcony's are fairly big & there's enough room for 4 people in a one bed apt the location is great not to far from everything but still quite at night to get a good night's sleep there's a place just around the corner from here called the half way house & the food & staff are really nice there all in all we had a great time here we were a group of 4 female friends & really enjoyed our holiday in the benimar it's the second time we have been here & would recommend to all my family & friends 😊

Nothing everything was great only problem we had was the hot water in the shower went cold after one of us had a shower but when we rang to complain it was fixed straight away so no problems at all 🙂

Stayed here before and although basic, very clean , good location and would defo stay again.

On arrival we were told to collect keys from hotel olympia. We got taxi to hotel olympia only to be told at reception that they no longer had any involvement with Benimar Appts and had no idea where the keys were. We then got taxi to Benimar and a notice outside apartment stated keys to be collected at Hotel Posiedon which was across road and that was fine. We found it unsatisfactory that on arrival in resort late at night we were sent to wrong place and we were concerned that we may not have a bed for the night. We should have been informed that the key pick up location had changed but were not.

Very clean & spacious. Nice hot bath/showers. Decent size fridge/freezer 70/30. Washing machine in a utility area. 2 good sized balcony. 10-15 min walk to the strip, beach & old town

Hard mattresses. Reception is not manned out of season. Collected & returned keys from the Olympia Hotel. Struggled to operate the heating on the air con unit. Too cold in Feb to use the pool.

very good location close to a lot of bars/restaurants in the midst of both old and new town the only fault wasn’t too much was the key to get inside to the main building was a bit tricky there was certain way of using it but other than was very satisfied with the overall location and apartment would definitely stay there again 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Spacious, clean, good shower. It's located just behind the old town. 5 minutes walk to a big supermarket. There are plenty of bars and restaurants all around. Try the chicken restaurant on the way to the supermarket. Basic, awesome food.

The WIFI didn't work after the first night, so we only had Spanish TV after that. Apart from that it was perfect. This was our 4th visit.

We have stayed here before, so knew what to expect, local to both old and new Benidorm, local to supermarket,

Nice apartment, well located in Benidorm (within walking distance of the beach and town center but in a quiet location). Quite spacious for 2 people. Nice view from our 7th floor balconies. Efficient reversible aircon (winter nights can be chilly!). Comfortable beds and sofas (a bit hard, as often in Spain, but we like it that way). Nice housekeeper lady who speaks French fluently.

Limited check-in and check-out times and no human presence at the ground floor counter: you have to call to get the keys. Early checkout requires you to leave the keys in a mailbox, with no guarantee that your deposit will be refunded (it took 10 days in our case). Parking on the street isn't free (but not terribly expensive compared to the price for parking on the property, which is outrageous!). Cleanliness (floors in particular) was just OK. There is a lack of basic equipments : a sponge and some dishwashing liquid should at least be provided in the kitchen, and a soap for the bathroom sink...

spacious well equipped and clean, to advise you get the key from sister hotel Olympic approx 15 mins walk away over hump bridge. also they need a 150 euros deposit in cash only, refundable when check out.

Spacious rooms, handy location,

Having to pay 150 euro for key deposit, couldn't find that in my t and Cs, then conveniently 2 or 3 days in, I get an email to say I had to pay this. REALLY!!!,

Clean property, good staff, well explained about picking up the keys from another hotel which is only 10min walk away so great comms, very basic place but kept to a good standard, great location between old and new town
