Very clean well maintained

Nothing short and sweet

The location is perfect for old and new town but quiet at night. The room was excellent. Staff friendly. Seven seas bar has entertainment and discounted drinks for residents. Breakfast is good with eggs cooked to order. Cleaner came to room every day to make beds and provide fresh towels

In the first floor rooms you can only see over the balcony when standing. Shower leaks all of the floor as the door is not sealed correctly, same at previous stay on 3rd floor superior room.

The location was great, short walk to the beach, the strip and the old town, the rooms were modern and were cleaned everyday. The pool area was nice with nice food served at the pool bar. Breakfast had a great selection.

The water in the shower leaked through the door causing water to go everywhere. I went on this trip with my family and friends and only some rooms were given towels for the pool and some got bigger rooms even though we had all booked the same rooms. I think the price that was charged for this hotel was very expensive when you compare to other hotels of similar standard in the area.

Great location. Very clean. Friendly & helpful staff. No problem getting a sun lounger. Good selection of food for Breakfast & evening meal. Overall great atmosphere.

Poor air con in Bedroom.

The hotel was very clean and located in the heart of Benidirm close to the beach, surrounded by places to eat and a short walk to either the busy nightlife or the quieter old town. The staff were amazing and room was cleaned everyday. The pool area was relaxing and pool bar had a great choice. I would stay here again in a heatbeat.

Not much not to like here we had a few issues with air conditioning but it was us more not uderstanding how to work it.

We picked this hotel because it was easy to reach by car and has its own parking. It's also had a fairly recent refurb, and is close to the beach. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, and our room was clean and smart, although a bit minimalist. We used the buffet restaurant for dinner and breakfast. I would say that the dinner was adequate, but the breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, we were very happy with our choice of hotel.

The hotel is in a great spot with plenty of things going on around, the bedroom was very clean & the beds very comfy

We had breakfast twice & both times there was no one serving on the omelette station, people were queuing with their breakfasts going cold waiting for eggs etc, and the cook kept going AWOL. The TV in the room had quite a few English stations but only ITV worked. I thought 16euros a night to use the car park was a bit steep.

The hotel is in a great location, two streets back from the Levante Beach and an easy walk to the old town of Benidorm and onwards to Poniente Beach. spotlessly clean and great value for money. From the start we were welcomed to the hotel by the friendly reception staff. We were on B&B tariff. The breakfasts were fantastic, the restaurant staff very attentive, going out of their way to provide gluten-free options for one of our party. Ate in one evening, at a very reasonable cost, excellent food and lots of it. Make sure you take advantage of the hotel loyalty card when you arrive - if you load your hotel keycard with just a few Euros you get up to 15% off food and drink in the restaurant and in the bar and cafe and even off the car parking fee. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Can’t think of any negatives at all.

Central location , a few minutes walk to old town , also a few minutes to new town strip . Found the food good at meal times

No kettle in room , charge for safe .charge for water in dining room at lunch and evening meal

The breakfast buffet was great. The dinner buffet could have offered soft drinks and water to be included with the evening meal. We could be told that there were pamphlets in the corner by reps desk. Only found them on day before leaving.

Could have offered drinks with evening meal the same as breakfast time. Pool could be open for us wanting a cold swim. Room was on the wrong side. Next time I’ll ask for the sunny side so we can make use of balcony.
