Nice layout of the rooms, beautiful view from a nice, big balcony, practical kitchen, comfy beds and roller blinds that are very helpful if you want to sleep in :) Two very nice pools, a smaller one with lots of shade right next to the apartment building and a bigger one with a pool bar and music in the next door hotel.

The elevators were extremely slow, the air condition didn’t seem to work properly and the shower would take a while to drain. Also, the location is beautiful for the view, but a bit far from the beach and pubs etc. It means walking up a steep hill on the way back every time.

It's a great apartment with a great view. We chose the option for half-board and when we arrived we were given the option of changing an evening meal for a lunch time meal. We really liked the fact that we could do that. So we ended up with a lunch one day and an evening meal on another day. We were able to arrange our schedule better by doing that. That, for us, was a pleasant surprise and believe me, it can be really useful. However, this was in the low season. I don't know if this option is available in the high season. Our advice is to go to early to the meals. The earlier you go, the less queue you have. We went early and had hardly any queue. But if you go later on, you can have a long queue. We went in low season, but I highly recommend this, especially in high season. That way you can choose where you want to sit too. The food was good too, with a good variety, imho. And I made use of the microwave to heat up some things.

We realised later that we had a concrete balcony wall and not a glass balcony wall. The apartment building has both types and it's not a problem. But we realised later that we probably could have changed for one with a glass balcony wall, to get a better view of the sea from the bedroom, if we had asked for the change. The ones with the concrete balcony wall have a bigger balcony area, so if you need more space, then that one is a better option. But if you want to see the sea from the bedroom, it's better to get an apartment with a glass balcony wall. Having said that, the stay was great and it's not a problem, but it might just make the stay a bit more special seeing the sea from a lower angle etcetera.

Big apartment and really modern. Spotlessly clean and huge bathroom compared to the hotel room at the main Pierre & Vacancds my friends stayed in. Reception staff were good. Located behind main hotel. Pool area and bar were good too. Shuttle runs every 20 mins to the beach by McDonalds

It’s at the top of massive hilly area - and lots of steps to the property. Lifts took ages. Expected to take your own rubbish out to get deposit back.

The apartments were superb, clean, comfortable & fully equipped. The 2 bed apartment also had 2 bathrooms 👍 The views were amazing, the plus side to being at the top of the hill. The pool in the main hotel was much more inviting than the pool at the apartments. Both very clean and tidy. Maybe a little music wouldnt go a miss. The staff were friendly and helpful.

At times service could be a little slow, I think this was mainly due to not having enough staff throughout the day. The pool bar food was mediocre, the prices were a little on the heavy side. £4.50 for a small portion of fries, £7.50 for nachos that was just literally tortillas and guacamole dip 😳. The pizza was decent and the price didn't seem as ridiculous as the rest of the food. You're only allocated 1 key per room which can be very inconvenient at times when you're rooming with 4 other people. The hill 🥵🥵. With all that said, I would definitely stay again.

The check in to the property is in the hotel next door - make sure you leave someone with your suitcase so you dont have to go up and down with all your things. When I entered the apartment it was great surprise. I got a place on the 22nd floor with incredible views over whole Benidorm. What a view! Sunsets! WOW. Apartment was clean, confortable, had dishes, kettle, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine,... Really beautiful place! I can't wait to go back.

There is a big construction going on now. They start with the works in the morning and go on whole day long. So I can imagine that it could bother some people.

Good sized apartments with lots of good amenities. Really great being able to use hotel facilities where the pool is fantastic and has a bar serving food, meaning we didn't need to use the apartment pool which wasn't as good. View, especially from the 34 th floor, is incredible.

Location is up a steep hill which isn't so easy to get to. The free bus to the beachfront was hugely helpful but finished early evening and was often full before everyone could board. Lifts in the apartment blocks were slow and meant waiting long times to go up or down.

1 bedroomed apartment was quite large , spacious balcony, It was clean , nice pool and bar area , good for the children in our party, bus was good to take you into Benidorm , beds were comfortable

It took 6 days for the holding deposit of £600 to be returned other places we have stayed you get it it within 24 hours It was a bit far out of Benidorm The shower in the bathroom was awful when you turned it on the shower head shot up to the ceiling and soaked the whole bathroom The toiletry containers were empty

Lovely apartments. Really good view of the city. However if main reason for the trip is to visit benidorm and the nightlife. It was a bit far, with hills. We relied on taxis most days/nights - approx €8/9

No reception desk open upon arrival at apartments . This was only approximately 7pm. The reception was never manned during our stay. Had to walk to other hotel. Very close however was a little bit inconvenient when just arriving.

Property was clean and spacious, comfy beds. 15 min walk to Levante beach down hill but obviously you have the climb home or taxi €5

3 lifts and only 1 was working which was very slow. We were on level 5 so walked up and down most of the time but there are 34 floors

Most likely the 200 euro guarantee that the hotel applies could represent a problem for certain people, but we received the money back in a very short time. We didn't have any problem. Everything was perfect
