Staff are lovely, location is lush with superb sea views, breakfast is well prepared and consistent, great value for money. They even provide a FREE safety deposit box. It is genuinely a really Great place to stay and not one that people talk about that much (if at all). There is also a tv, fridge, air com in the rooms and large enough for length of our stay. This was my second visit and comes highly recommended.

There was nothing I disliked apart from no hash browns for breakfast, but that is being extremely petty 😂

A nice and quiet hotel located near the sea. You can have breakfast on the open terrace. Cozy and clean rooms, each with a balcony overlooking the sea. Nearby is a huge sandy beach and a promenade with many restaurants and shops.

The nearest small beach has a risky rocky entrance to the water. Despite this, it is good for snorkeling and is protected from the sun by nearby buildings in the mornings.

Amazing location right on the beach, away from the noise and bustle, but near to some lovely bars and restaurants. The Square is only a 10-minute walk away. It's a small personal hotel and the staff are fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds, and all have a beautiful view of the bay. Breakfast is buffet-style with with a wide selection of items, there's something for everyone.

Location is excellent,quiet and peaceful,views from the balcony were amazing.

The bar in the Hotel closed at 9pm,which we thought was about too early,was a shame as they had seats at the front of the hotel with amazing views of the sea,the rooms were comfortable and had a great shower,only thing was there wasn’t a slip mat in the shower,it was very slippery and no shelve to put any soap or shampoo,English breakfast was disappointing,but saying that if you just want a continental breakfast it was lovely,would definitely stay again,also the staff were very helpful.

Location. The staff were lovely. The pool was relaxing. I liked the breakfast, same every day but you didn’t have to eat the same everyday- plenty of choices. Throughout the day, staff were always visible to ask for help. It was scrupulously clean with white bedding (a must, for me!) - that bedding and towels, freshly laundered, smelled amazing. We asked for a kettle and iron- no problem, both there within minutes.

We went in September. I’m not a beach lover, I like a pool in the Sun. It didn’t get the Sun until around 2pm. Having said that, it’s nothing to do with the property.

Lovely little hotel. Location is wonderful, updates to the property since last visit are excellent( dining room for breakfast- stylish and simple) Not fans of large hotels so the Nadal is exactly what we like. Very friendly staff, comfy room( if looking a little tired in places like the bathroom), great breakfast, but top of the list is location in a pedestrian area so no vehicles and overlooking the sea from every room- doesn't get any better!

Only downside, (although still good), is the bathroom, which was a touch tired but did the job, everything else - can't fault it.

Love the fact that every room has a balcony overlooking the sea. The staff are always excellent, special mention for Roxanna and David on this occasion with customer service pre arrival. But all staff very helpful and always make you feel so welcome. Breakfast buffet all the choice you could wish for really. Rooms clean and perfectly adequate. No parking but there are car parks nearby or if you are lucky can find street parking. We will definitely be back and no hesitation in recommending this lovely hotel.

Nothing to dislike for me

Fantastic location and lovely views with all rooms with balconies overlooking the sea. Comfortable bed and good standard of cleanliness. Full size fridge in room Good breakfast pleasant and helpful staff.

The bath towels were small. No kettle in room The pool was freezing as is mostly covered and doesnt get any sun. When its windy,the balcony doors whistle and rattle !! The sun doesnt come on to the hotel till after lunch so a bit too chilly to have breakfast on the terrace

The view from every room is the best in Benidorm..the staff are so friendly and breakfast is good with lots of choice..Close to all amenities..we had a fantastic time we will definitely be booking again.The pool is small but has a lovely view and sunbeds to relax on..Nice menu del dia food served till 3.30p.m.Highly recommend this family run hotel ...Closes November to March which is a shame as would be so lovely to go for a winter break.

It would be nice to have a kettle in the room but was told on our last day that we could have asked for one in room apart from that it was perfect for us.
