Room 809 3 night's couple half board Could not fault this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived. Arrived early, room not ready asked to return 20 min. Miguel on reception got us into our room by 12.00. Entered room and it was wonderful, with a sea view and overlooking Benidorm. Went to bar for refreshment, and couldn't believe how reasonable price of drinks. Evening meal. Dinning room clean and fresh and the choice of food excellent, something for every taste and plenty of it. Breakfast as good as the dinner. Roof top bar a great experience and enjoyed the music . Very pleasant staff. We have stayed in 5* hotels not as good as this one. Note to the manager. All your staff are a credit and a assert to your company. THANK YOU .We will be back very soon

Nice and clean, good breakfast selection, close to beach, lovely terrace bar.

Wrong end of the strip a good 30 min from old town. Building work happening, terrace bar only open at weekend, spa they charge and very limited times and sauna, steam and pool all cold.

Hotel was in a great location and spotlessly clean. Great room with a fantastic view of Levante Beach on floor 16. Shower was excellent but not very private with glass walls to bathroom. Personally it didn't bother me but would not have wanted to share with children with little privacy. Bed very comfortable and entertainment good.

Had no shower gel and repeatedly asked for a replacement but it took 3 days before it was finally replaced. Took bottle off but still went unnoticed. Food was OK plenty of choice my only issue was it was never hot Tried as soon as opened but still like warm. I ended up making my choice and microwaving to heat up. Salads had a fantastic selection. No body lotion in bathroom always have it in a 4 star hotel previously.

Spa, it was 2 saunas and 1 swimmingpool. 1 hour was 10€. For a "spa hotell" it wasnt enough.

Every thing food was good drinks 🍸 all in all good all round

Checkin staff insisted on seeing passport which we did not have with us as we had left in our house in Spain lucily had photo on phone, so was able to check in eventually. Hot food for breakast pretty dire plus breakfast was a conveyor belt type experience.

Spotlessly clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Sea view rooms with amazing views and only a minute walk to the beach. Fab roof top terrace (La Terraza) playing cool vibe music. Lovely cocktails and not ridiculous prices . Breakfast was brilliant with plenty of choice and great clean restaurant. Have heard other meals not so great but we went bed and breakfast and that was perfect. Drinks and bar area were good. Hotel is good for those with mobility issues as ramps to most places and shower was walk in (not over a bath). BBC and ITV on the tv and good wi fi. Yes would return again.

The only thing I would add, would be a non slip mat in the shower as floor in shower can be slippery. We compromised and popped a hand towel down.

Lots of variety for breakfast, well presented and fresh. Restaurant was clean at all times with plenty of seating available. My room was clean and spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. The view from our balcony was lovely especially facing the sea, the balcony was clean. The bathroom was nicely laid out with a glass partition separating the bedroom. Location was great, just a short one minute walk from the beach, and close to the main shops. I had a lovely walk along the beach to Old Town or you could get the bus over the road if required. Also not far from the strip for the nightlife.

We had to pay for the safe and pool towels, which I have never been asked by any other hotel! You do get the money back for the towels upon returning them to reception, but you are also asked for further money upon changing them for clean ones.

Second time we have stayed at the Port Benidorm. As always fantastic accommodation, pool, staff and location. Always clean and everything to a high standard. Last time we went all inclusive, which was good, but found we missed some meals and didn't drink during the evening as we went out so we decided to go B&B this time. The breakfast is always good, hot and plenty of choice. The highlight being the friendliest omelette making chef ever (I didnt get her name, sorry). The rooftop bar is superb! Pretty sure we will be back, but remember to bring our own water :-)

The only thing I was disappointed with was being made to feel second class at the pool bar. My wife asked for a cup of water (she had seen seen a lady get a cup of water from filtered mains water), but was told that no wristband meant that she had to buy a 500ml carton (not bottle) of water for €3 and couldn't have water in a cup. We felt that water should be a basic right, and we were disappointed. We expected to pay for food and drink, but not water.

From entering the building you realise you have made an excellent choice. Everything about the venue oozes class, spotless, smiling staff, a beautiful ambiance and that is before you have even got to your room. The rooms are spacious and well laid out, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom is massive and the shower probably the best I've ever seen/taken. The pool area is massive, sunbathed but never ventured into the water (January !). The breakfast has to be seen to be believed , absolutely sumptuous. I don't do reviews but this hotel needs recognition. Class in every way
