Friendly staff and very welcoming . Good location very close to the beach and shops ect. Indoor pool was fantastic for the kids - we went in February and it was lovely and quiet. Rooms were a good size and fabulous sized balcony . Apartment had everything you needed and aircon/heating in every room was a bonus as it was chilly when we went. As a single mum of 2 boys I felt safe in every part of my stay .

The apartments are spacious and clean. There is plenty of room for a family. The kitchen facilities are good . The location is perfect for beach days. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around the property. The bar and pool staff are pleasant . No problems with beds around the pool. People seem to leave early in the afternoon. We attempted to book all-inclusive when we arrived as it was given as an option via the booking. Unfortunately, this was not possible as the hotel was full. Overall, we had a great time.

Large groups do book this hotel, and it can be nosiy at night time. But no worse than what any hotel would expect.

Lovely atmosphere, good clean and spacious apartments. All cooking and eating tools are supplied, lift is a bit dodgy but ok if it's just one or two in it. The pool was lovely and clean, but cold (April though) Inside pool fab!! Andres welcoming and tries very hard to get everyone involved with his poolside games, and occasional evening entertainment. Fab magician show each week. English Breakfast nice enough - Lovely Paella and red and white wine machine in dinner hall

Food is a bit hit-and-miss but can make plate and I suppose if they made more options it would possibly go to waste due to the nature of Benidorm, however, Usually wouldn't put a nugget on my plate but my teenage daughter had to try them, believe me they could break a tooth! Eggs were a bit strange tasting but full English each morning was nice enough. Icecream has tucked away in a freezer near the drink machine - many people were missing that ... Cleaner twice a week and really not sure what they did?

I’ve stayed here so many times, and can’t fault it, I don’t like to use the word cheap, so I will use inexpensive! Great value for money! Basic but everything you need, good if you’re there for a peaceful get away, it’s near the beach and plenty of amenities close by! Also great if you are there to party, just a short walk away from the nightlife. Noticed that the rooms have been updated since last visit, before lock down so even better. No deposit anymore on check in and pay balance when you leave, like it used to be, it’s now pay balance on arrival so you can just drop cards off and go! Great place to stay and I will be back for the 8th time for the fiesta next year.

Stayed in block 3 for the first time, and you need your key to unlock the gates, which is understandable as that’s where the swimming pools etc are. However because we are used to coming and going there as we please, it was a little inconvenient having to unlock the gates on the way out as well as getting in. wouldn’t just going out be sufficient. Other than that all good.

Check In/out - Was very easy and the lady on reception was very informative regarding the hotel current policies etc. We could have upgraded to All Inc. and the prices did seem reasonable, however we chose not to. Check-out is 10am, but I think you can extend if you ask. There is a locked luggage room aswell which is free of charge to use. Room - We were situated on the 10th floor. Room was as expected for an aparthotel type. Larger main bedroom, but 2nd bedroom had a 3/4 bed in there. There was also a double sofa bed so plenty of room for a family of 4. Kitchenette had everything we needed, but again we didn't require the use as we ate out every day, although we did use the fridge to chill drinks etc. Room has plenty of towels and the shower is really powerful and great temperatures. Wifi in the room is really good and pretty much the same throughout the complex, even by the pool. This is a big + from me! TV channels were as expected, tho pretty sure it would have been easy to connect your own firestick etc should you prefer your own channels. Location - Hotel location is great for the start (or end) of the main road where the bars are located. The beach is 5 min walk in the opposite direction and there are bus stops which seem to then route out to the main other areas around the resort. There is a couple of cheap English breakfast places which I would recommend on the same road walking north from the entrance. The hotel is on a slight hill, but nothing too strenuous. Pool - Pool is open 8-8pm each day. Loungers usually get taken by around 10.30 am and most don't have adjustable backs so they are quite awkward as you are full lying down looking up at the sun! There are 3 pools. Main one is around 1.8m deep, but shallow enough for young children at the other end. The other two pools we never used. There is entertainment around the pool between around 11-1pm. The snack bar is cheap enough. €3 a pint and serves cocktails aswell.

Room was never fully cleaned during our stay. Not a huge issue for us. The towels did however seem to be swapped after around five days. We stayed for eight. Expect standard hotel noise (grinding chairs, feet banging etc) Not the hotels fault, but its normal with people who can seem to respect other guests!

Plenty of facilities for the price, the bar was well priced for being on the room only rate, rooms were modern and clean upon arrival. Hotel noted my special request for a room on a high floor.

Cleaning throughout my stay was substandard, although the hotel states you get 2 cleans a week, neither time was my floor mopped or the bathroom cleaned, on the towel change clean they didn't make the beds and just dumped the towels and extra toilet rolls on the bed and didn't even bother to take the used towels away. They check the room upon check out to return your deposit (which is understandable) however notice about this upon checking in would have been appreciated so you can allow time for this to happen before going to the airport. Although the hotel states no stag/hen parties plenty of these did happen and there were many times that loud noises were heard after the curfew which didn't make for a pleasant night when we had to be up at 2am.

I can honestly say I loved everything about this hotel the staff were so helpful friendly & very pleasant the apartment was extremely clean & of good size & serviced twice in our 10 day stay, I took my son & his wife for their 1st ever visit to benidorm they loved it so much & their stay here that we've actually booked next years holiday already thank you so much to the staff of aparthotel bcl levante club Ken dunscombe Cardiff

There was nothing I didn't like

our 2 bed apartment was lovely and very clean. We were self catering because we like to eat out at difference places every day. I am sure the hotel food is amazing.

I can't think of any improvements. The facilities were excellent and the staff were friendly and readily available. We have stayed in these apartment blocks for the last few years and will continue to do so and will recommend Aparthotel BCL Levante Club to anyone who asks me where to stay in Benidorm.

Great swimming pools lovely staff and great location. Two bedroom apartments were spacious and very clean. Kids loved the entertainment. Was only a five min walk to the beach and strip.

It says they don’t take gangs hens or stags. We had a lovely family next to us but when they left a gang of boys were in the apartment next to us. The noise they made with music and banging was no one’s business. But my husband had went to reception and they got security up and they calmed down. Didn’t hear a peep from them after that. One small other thing I thought the quite poll could have been cleaned better.
