Our stay in Cadiz were to meet family and not so much tourist - things. So we didn't use the beach or anything else but our stay in the hotel was totally up to expectations, maybe - maybe we would have liked a little bit more choices at the breakfast but this was more personal preferences. All needed things were served and we enjoyed the stay. No questions about that. The staff were really friendly, helpful and nice.

What not to like? We found the hotel to be just as we expected, maybe the rooms are up for a little bit of renovation but we have nothing to complain about from our stay so not much to say here!

Our stay at Hotel Spa Cadiz was great, the staff were very helpful and approachable when we need something, booked us taxis to san fernado with out any issues. We were here in the off season so wasn't many people around but the upstair roof bar looked nice and the cocktail drinks and beer were very good. Location it is right on the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, taxi rank right outside if you want to travel up to the main town centre. Amazing place and will be back in the summer.

The hotel location to the beach was excellent. The coffee cafe in the hotel lobby was enjoyable in the morning and the roof top was excellent for evening drinks.

My spouse lost her glasses in the lobby. she left them at a round table in the lounge area. A nice couple turned them into the front desk. It was unfortunate that the clerk at the front desk pulled an empty plastic water bottle from the garbage and asked my wife if she also left that on the table. The bottle was on the table and had been left there by another guest prior to my wife sitting down. That behavior and accusation along with pulling it from the garbage was inappropriate, in addition to being the wrong person.

Very very friendly and helpful staff. For example I didn’t have change for the bus so the reception very kindly changed the only note I had, 50 euros. They also very patiently explained about parking etc. Simple , light up to date decor.

Well positioned hotel, close to the beach & with easy access in to the old city, from bus stop over the road. Paid Parking straight opposite Lifts to all floors Nice views from the small roof terrace. Staff were very helpful.

Coffee supplied in the room, in form of 3 in 1 sachet. As my wife doesn't like sugar, we asked for a 2 in 1, or plain coffee, with some milk for the fridge. But wasn't available.

The staff were amazing. Manuel and Cristina were amazing - they were both so nice and helpful!

There's nothing I didn't like about the hotel. My four-day, three-night stay was absolutely amazing. I'd like to comment on the curtains thought. It must have been ages since they had a tumble in the washing machine. Nevertheless, the room was actually clean!

Location on the beach was fantastic. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a superior room with sea view. The sea was framed by 2 buildings either side but it was a lovely vista despite this. The roof top bar was cosy if a bit exposed.

Room terrace was to small to use. No swimming pool or sun deck. More of a 3 not 4 star ,although we didn't sample the spa as nothing was free to residents.

We had a room with a sea view which was pretty nice. We could also watch the sunset from our balcony. The staff was really friendly and helpful eventhough they seemed a little surprised when asking how to get to the airport in Jerez by train. They all spoke good english and even a little german ;)) We also liked the breakfast a lot :)

What we found a little weird, was the topic "spa" - no one ever explained anything to us and as far as we read it in the elevator, the massages should have been crazy expensive. For our understanding, using "spa" in the name of the hotel is not really suitable, everything else was perfect.

convenient, parking close for 20 euros. cafe was great for pastry and a coffee in the morning. Augustin was a treasure! He sent us to a great restaurant, and we had a personally made special paella. Spa circuit was well worth doing.

less ocean view than some, but still good.

Rooms were clean and nice. Lots of restaurants in area. Right on the beach. An easy bus ride in to downtown Cadiz. Nice rooftop bar.

The only negative is that the desk staff did not tell us that you had to tell parking lot that you had a discount when you arrived and it ended up costing us a lot more than we expected.
