The cleanliness everywhere, the super friendly and excellent staff, the proximity to the beach, and the peace and quiet. The food was a true work of art. We had a late arrival, and they made sure we were fed.

We booked a room with a sea view, but we were given one with a pool view instead. On the day of departure, unfortunately, a late checkout was not possible. Also, once, my husband was yelled at by the receptionist when he tried to exchange beach towels, as they could only be changed once every three days.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everyone at the reception was very friendly -especially Szimonetta. We booked a room with a seaview and we it didn't disappoint us. The room was everyday super tidy ! Breakfast was amazing! The beach is just a couple minutes away. Every night there is an entertainment program/show, that was also fun! Completely positive experience! Thank you to the whole team!

Maybe the dinner could be improved. The desserts are a bit boring after a couple of days. There could be a small cosmetic set in the bathroom.

Beautiful property! Great location for what we wanted: close to/on the ocean but not in the middle of higher density pedestrian area. Nice sized pool Breakfast included was a great addition for us. Small property with inclusive aspects. Great views of blue /green ocean from our balcony.

Pool hours were very limited- closes at 7pm in the peak of summer. Sauna not available for use in summer - or not available to us. We were not the traditional guests at the this location and we felt it: we were English speaking and we were traveling with our 3 young adult children. Very limited entertainment and food options on property. 8:30 started DJ or other show. Lasted longer than it should (11pm) and was nosier than expected.

Nice, clean hotel with nice views to the sea. The closest sea shore is rocky - however, 10 mins by car, you can reach to a proper sandy beaches. Most of the staff does not speak English well, though they try their best to communicate and are definitely friendly. Food was of great variety and quality. Once they got to know about my food allergy, they prepared some desserts I could eat each day.

However, they could improve on putting signs of allergens next to the trays of food - would be very helpful - and get education on allergies as they are an issue for several people nowadays. As for the entertainment, I found it a bit weird that you have to pay for using the billiard table.

Wonderful location, close to a natural reserve and to the beach. Although there are some stones on the shore, one can easily find the way to enter the sea and enjoy the warm water. The offer for dinner and breakfast is varied and extremely tasty. The hotel is wonderful and it can be easily reached from the airport by bus, but the humidity in august can be a challenge.

I would advise you to take a trip directly from the hotel, if you wish to. I tried to do this with Booking and it did not work, even if I had payed in advance. TUI Spain, the actual provider, has not communicated to us and Booking has not helped with this either, therefore we also missed other opportunities.

very clean hotel - breakfast was amazing - location at the end of promenade , so only a short walk to centre. lots of beds at pool with bar and food service.

we booked a pool side junior suite with balcony ( room 308 ) - so were surprised to find that the sun did not shine on the balcony at any time of the day , this room is on the corner of the building - this resulted in making the balcony smaller than expected. We did ask for a room change , but unfortunately hotel was full, so it was not possible.

A special, big “thank you” to Szimonetta and Julia at the front desk for the hospitality and fantastic support! And actually all the staffs are super friendly, helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful area, a few minutes walking distance from the well-equipped beach, surrounded by many pragmatic and tasty restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, the hotel bar is reasonably priced. It was an amazing 7-day stay for us at Hipotels Bahia Cala Millor.

The hotel was really great. The food was amazing, the quality of every meal was great and a lot of options. The room and the whole hotel was really clean. Almost most of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool is really nice.

The staff speaks really poor English, they always wanted to talk to us in German or Spanish. The drinks during dinner were not free (even water), it would have been great to have a prior information about that. The closest beach was full of seaweed (or something like that), so we had to walk a little (like 5 mins) to reach the clean water.

The location was excellent, close to the park and also just besides the sea. Food choice for dinner and breakfast were also excellent

The swimming pool was smaller than it looked on the pictures and water was cold. Spa services most of them (except one small massage room) were in another hotel, and nothing was available. I think for such big and nice hotel for adults only, it would be important to have such services directly in your hotel and when overbooked, to help client to book somewhere else.
