Great value hotel in Cala Millor offering apartment-like rooms with splendid sea view. Staff is very kind and helpful, rooms are cleaned everyday. Selection of food is huge, meals are delicious and freshly made. Location is good, the beach is just a few steps away. Family friendly hotel, several entertainment events are organized each day. Definitely a recommended place to stay.

Location is fine, however you need to spend some minutes on foot to reach the center. Room equipment is getting a bit outdated, water pressure and temperature stability in shower could be better. Be prepared that the location is typically for German guests so staff speak less proper English.

We had a great experience overall. But they should really improve the early option of breakfast, we had to check out at 6am and the receptionist told us that we'll be provided with breakfast in the morning. When we came, the lights were still off and the guy at reception didn't know about us coming. We didn't even get milk or yoghurt! So the only food he offered us was cereal without milk!!!! And slices of old toast bread and one choice of ham and cheese. No fruit, juice or vegetables. Terrible experience which was a shame because the rest was great. And the water in the indoor pool is really cold.

Location: next to the beach, although beach itself is not perfect. If you walk 100-200 meters the sand and entry to the sea is better. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. Easy to park any time during the day. Sage location. Food: excellent. At least 3 kinds of fish and meet every day. We had half board and it was worth every euro spent. In the restaurant we found many baby chairs, spoons etc. View: we had apartment on 6th floor and sea view was stunning. Hotel: smells good, easy to find, nice bar, laundry. Wifi signal everywhere, 100mbps in the room. Nice playground for kids, out baby had fun with a motorcycle there. Room: we had an apartment and it was big enough for a family. Kitchen was well equipped and all devices worked well. Bathroom had clean and nice towels, toiletries, and a bathtub. Cleaning: good enough. Only one day in a week there was no service. Customer service: top notch. We had a small baby and needed a baby toilet. They arranged it for us late in the evening, on a day of arrival.

Room: interior is a bit dated, but everything worked - showery, hot water, AC, fridge. Walls are thon, you can hear people outside. Beds: two single beds only loosely connected to each other. Mattresses too soft. Pool: it is really small. Sauna and steam were not working. Food: beverages are not included in the dinner. I think at least still water should be included. Breakfast had no porridge or similar, only cold musli. Not a minus per SE, bit a note - majority of guests are Germans of age 50+. We were not alone with a kid though.

The location is perfect, situated to walking distance of the beach, shops, promenade along the beach that link to sa coma and Cala bona, natural reserve. The indoor swimming pool allowed us to enjoy water on colder days although it is quite small. The food at the buffet is quite nice and changing everyday. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The outdoor swimming pool was a bit cold. Also the children pool is very basic. Restaurant can be a bit noisy. Drinks not included with half board.

It was a great vacation, the staff is friendly, location of the hotel is great with plenty of parking outside, hotel and rooms were very clean !! Bravo to the cleaning crew!! The pool was perfect size and great for relaxing. Breakfast got a great selection and something for everyone !! (I really liked the corner with local ingredients). We also enjoyed our dinner every evening in the hotel with the kids. Every evening there were different dishes and selections.

There was nothing that we didn't liked.

Very very kind staff at the reception, very good quality of food and variety/choice of food 🙂 clear and tidy room, every day cleaning, comfortable room, quite location, small pool and clear, hotel near to the beach, to the nature park, minigolf, supermarket.

The boss of dining room was too strict but not to everyone, because of dresscode...

Family friendly hotel with a fantastic view to the sea. The rooms were clean and spacious and we had a small kitchen corner in the living room. The food was delicious, great variety to choose from - meat, fish, pasta, salads and fantastic desserts. There were many families with young children and all the stuff was very kid friendly - high chairs at the restaurant and even a food corner with plastic bowls, cutlery and fresh soups for the small ones. Definitely recomment it if you have small kids but still want to enjoy a nice hotel without worries.

Lovely location with pool and sea view, close to Cala Millor town but out enough to be more quiet. Perfect venue for a family stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The buffet quality was good as well as the variety. The staff was very helpful although sometimes (eg. in the restaurant) they seemed to struggle to support all of the guests (maybe one or two additional personnel would help). Our kids enjoyed the pool, the playground as well as the beaches in the area. The evening animation was also a plus to keep the children excited and entertained. Overall a very positive experience and I can definitely recommend for families.

The beds were too soft and resulted being uncomfortable. The air conditioning was a bit too loud for the night and sometimes it struggled to keep the air chilled enough during the hottest hours of the day. A couple of times it stopped in the middle of the night and did not work anymore until morning.

The kids loved the indoor pool as a back-up to outdoor, when it was too cold (we were there end October). They also really enjoyed the entertainment in the evening. Location was good and our two-bedroom apartment was very comfortable and even had a sea view. Excellent choice at breakfast buffet too.

Not that much space around the kids entertainment, can imagine it would be very busy/cramped in the summer.

Room needs an update. Water at 6th floor either comes really hot or really cold every 10 seconds. Internet was quite bad
