The location was really great for staying in Cala d'Or, many resteraunts and bars straight across from the hotel. The sound didn't seem to travel into the rooms either. Most of the staff were very friendly and there was some good evening entertainment although it was mostly for the older people there. Breakfast was nice and varied and food seemed reasonably priced if you didn't have the all inclusive package and wanted a few lunches there.

As others have mentioned, the sewage smells from the corridor can be strong at times, luckily they don't seem to go into the rooms themselves. A small nitpick but the pool floor tiles could do with being looked at as I cut my toes several times in one area (while playing aqua ball) and was just told that was normal when I asked for some plasters from the life guard.

Hotel well appointed, staff very pleasant everywhere. Very clean and smart furnishing kept updated.

The loud music outside our room faCing the pool blasted out till midnight most nights. You could not sleep till past midnight. Then staff cleared tables scraping chairs across the floor. Even when the 'turns' had finished..not all could sing, the music continued with the same intensity. It would help to reduce the sound throughout and if there are only 6 people left to turn the music off. You cannot talk above the music very loud.

A good value hotel in the heart of the town and close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The room was pleasant but slightly basic, with a balcony furnished with chairs and table. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice to suit all nationalities. The pool area was big with plenty of chairs and sun beds and the policy was that you couldn’t reserve your sun bed early with towels.

Unfortunately our bathroom had a drainage issue that we had to report a few times. They did try to rectify the problem.

Superb location, lovely and clean hotel. Food was good, staff friendly. Entertainment on each evening. Pool and sunbeds v good. Lovely holiday. Would return..

Thought air con could be better in the bedrooms. Wasn't cold enough. Also only a little thing but maybe of an evening supply cushions on the outdoor chairs and offer beer in a pint glass instead of half when entertainment is on? Make it feel a little more special so it's different to day time even some candles or lights for the tables?

We were given a delightful room with comfortable twin beds, as requested, and a super view from the balcony over the beach and the sea. Both the room and the adjoining shower-room were immaculately presented and were thoroughly cleaned every day during our stay, including the provision of fresh towels.

The only very small, thing is that they might possibly consider installing an additional coffee-dispensing machines in the dining room at breakfast time, because the queue at both of the existing ones was frequently five or six people in length! Clearly, this was not the end of the world, but maybe just a thought for future consideration!

some guests were very loud and even shouted in the corridors at night which woke us up and made me felt like I was in a hostel with the level of guests behaviour. The shower leaked all the time and whenever we showered the bathroom would get completely wet and we had to use our towels (bath and pool) to dry it out. As we had to use our towels to dry the bathroom floor in a daily basis we also had to ask for new ones every day and at tree occasions we were told they didn’t have towed and to come ask later or the next day.

Lovely hotel. Excellent location - 2 mins from beach and from centre of Cala d’Or, which has a plethora of restaurants and bars to choose from. The marina is 20 mins walk away. The hotel itself is great… rooms spacious and clean, large pool with sun beds, a bar and snack bar. Entertainment throughout the day in the form of pool games and aqua aerobics etc. Optional to join in - we just watched and read books! We were b&b only; breakfast was excellent. a wide range of continental breakfast items, fruit, yoghurt, endless baked goods and also a full cooked breakfast buffet as well as omelettes and pancakes cooked to order. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was my partner’s birthday while we were there; we didn’t mention this to the staff, but they scan passports on arrival and so must have noticed his DOB because a complimentary bottle of Cava was left in our room that day. A lovely touch.

The location is amazing, very clean with very attentive staff. Great selection for breakfast! It was our anniversary and the hotel left bubbly and chocolates in our room - I asked ahead if they could arrange for flowers for my wife and we were greeted with a beautiful bouquet in our room.

It would be nice to have an ice machine on each floor for room drinks.

The hotel is super nice. The location is a plus, its close to one of the calas, like 3m walking. It's also close to shops and nice restaurants. The staff it's super friendly, we've arrived late, almost morning as our flight was late and the receptionist was super nice. He offered us water before starting the check in which was really kind. The pool its super nice. Its a nice value for the money. Breakfast for me was the highlight, the food was impeccable with many option. Highly recommend.

Paying 10 euro for parking it's a bit expensive so for guests it should be free but other than that everything was perfect

Staff were all very smart, pleasant and helpful throughout. There was a problem with noisy Eastern Europeans having a pool party at midnight and - trying to get a sunbed and keep hold of it.... Only 40% of all the entertainers could actually sing...guests may have been consumed both by the ambience of the terrace and cocktails drunk which seemed to impair their judgement of how good the singers actually were. The rooms had not been updated for 3 years. The cold shower often wet the floor, the air con was on a fixed setting, the entrance door was warped and hard to close and the toilet over flushed - a plumber did attend to it. The sliding wardrobe doors kept sliding off their hinges. But the safe and pool towels were free. The restaurant food selection was excellent and staff worked tirelessly under great heat and pressure to provide food. They were heroes.

As above. Pool beds need further thought. Not ideal but it is a hard one for sure. WiFi worked okay but TV - BBC was useless. We never saw it work in 14 days. Keep entertainment noise down after 11pm around the outdoor terrace and bar. No large gatherings of outsiders required. As hotel prices have doubled this year...inevitable, but I feel a higher service expectation and standard should be met. However there were fewer staff to assist and each was multi tasking. They tried their best to cope.
