Location, comfort, cleanliness, ease of checking in and out. I liked the efforts to be environmentally friendly, recycling bins, everything online etc, but there needs to be more guidance for guests on facilities on hotel and food ordering not easy on arrival. Was made to feel a little silly.

On reflection it is more of a family location rather than a couples one. A little more thought could be given to the location of rooms for couples and families.

The hotel is spotless in a great location. The staff are fantastic and so friendly especially Anna from the entertainment she was amazing. Housekeeping were absolutely fantastic too. The hotel is so central without being right in any noise. We loved it and can't wait to visit again. Cala Egos beach is a must see . Also To Do restaurant near Cala Gran is a gem and a lovely family friendly restaurant with very reasonable prices

The only thing was that the snack bar at the pool was quite expensive for the quality of food and drink but the staff were fantastic.

Didn’t have breakfast myself but some others of family did and felt expensive for what they got. Pool bar served lovely meals. Reasonable prices. Drinks seemed expensive but they are generally in Cala dor centre too. All staff were lovely. Maids were so helpful. We had 2 boys 14 and 12 with us and the they loved it because they could swim in pool all play football every day. Did not encounter over strict rules and actually good to know they would be prevented from doing anything unsafe in pool. It was October near end of season so quieter time of year so lots of sunbeds to choose from. Basic self catering facilities but fridge was a good size and enough for drinks and salads and snacks. Not a mini fridge like you may get in a hotel room for minibar. A proper one and plenty cups, plates, glasses and cutlery. Apartment nice position with garden view. Ten minutes to beach at Cala gran on foot. 2 minutes into town.

I think basics like water and maybe bread, margarine and biscuits could have been provided for late arrivals. We got there around 2 am and had to bring our water on plane with us for first night as nothing open. Timetables for buses and mini trains would be good to have in room.

Loved the swimming pool, the location and the rooms

The shower temperature fluctuated to high temperatures almost scalding temperatures.

Sa Marina was absolutely fantastic - beautifully well looked after, keeping the entire hotel spotlessly clean. The rooms were comfortable, quiet and clean and the staff were very helpful with any queries we had. Location is superb - just a few minutes walk to the main restaurant/shopping area and 10 minutes walk to the Marina which had some beautiful restaurants.

The only downside was the entertainment. We booked Sa Marina with the expectation of entertainment at least 2 nights of the week and children's disco every evening. The entertainment was only on one evening and it wasn't great to be honest, quite dull. We were hoping for more of a buzz in the evenings, so we're a little disappointed. However, it's a 5 minute walk to the nearby bars so we didn't mind too much but if we had children with us we would have been really disappointed with the lack of activities in the evening.

Apartments were really clean and good size , balcony was gorgeous . So spacious and lovely furniture to sit out on . Pool is huge with lots of sun loungers available all through the day . Really clean all around the resort and close to the centre of Cala D’or , only like a 5 min walk to loads of restaurants and bars . Breakfast had a really good choice each morning and staff were really friendly . Gym was really nice and relatively quiet most days.

Didn’t like that wasn’t any disinfectant to clean the gym equipment after use . We had a small problem with the electrics/ lights in our apartment but reception was quick to sort this for us .

Very well cleaned, good size, amazing facilities, good breakfast and dinner.

Our room was above the kitchen where there was an engine that makes lot of noise and vibrates the room walls, we suspect all the aircon machines were there or other noise sttuf. Once in a while the engine got strong and we ended up awaken during the night. We had to wait 3 days to be alocated to another room but the new room had cigarret smell so we decided to stay with the noise.

This hotel was perfectly positioned just a few minutes walk from the main streets of shops, restaurants, bars and the beaches. It was well kept, clean, modern. The staff on reception were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was something we looked forward to every morning - top quality food & a wide selection! Our room was spacious, everything worked and a big balcony. Ideal for couples, families & friends. Highly recommend

It took a while to get served in the restaurant by the pool for lunch despite there only being 3 tables there and adequate staff on, however this isn’t really a complaint just a note

I rarely give ratings, but here I am happy to do so. The hotel offers an ideal price-quality ratio. The apartments are very large and well equipped. Here you will find everything you need to prepare food, coffee, etc. The beds are large and incredibly comfortable. Cleaning service deserves 11/10. The cleaning lady cleaned the apartment for us, folded our clothes and prepared everything that made it easier to pack our way back. At this price, in addition to great apartments, there are outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sauna, gym, bars, restaurants, and animations every evening already in May will make your stay even more pleasant. There is also a mini club. The hotel is also a good base for exploring the island because the roads in the area are good and the journey in every direction of the island is pleasant and without problems. There are some drawbacks to improve, but they do not affect the final score. One of the ladies from the reception said that the gym can only be booked for 45 minutes which was not true as I booked for an hour earlier. I do not know the truth, but 45 minutes for training is not enough, the limit should be increased min. up to 1.5h. The second downside is not very hot water in the jacuzzi and indoor pool. The new jacuzzi would raise the rating to 11/10.

My favourite hotel I have ever stayed at! I couldn’t decide for a long time between two hotels in Cala d or and last minute I just decided to go with this and I keep thinking imagine I didn’t chose this one! It has 2 hotels and two massive pools a indoor pool and jacquzzi that me and my partner and baby got to enjoy ourselves as the indoor ones were empty! Rooms are comfortable and clean! Plenty of beds by the pool! Best location. I have stayed in Cala d or 3 years in a row and this hotel defo best location. Not noisy at all I was worried it would be! Close to a supermarket beside Marina and there is a walk way towards Marina has chickens, roosters and cats and it was one of the highlights of the trip feeding them! Staff are friendly! Get to borrow towels at reception every other day free of charge! High chairs for baby available! Baby cot comfy! Amazing shower! Wrist bands to open the doors instead of a key card! Honestly don’t waste your time staying anywhere else. I will be back x

Honestly this isn’t a big deal doesn’t effect me but maybe post on your hotel page that no inflatables for the pools. Seen so many families come with them and the look on the kids faces when they were told no they couldn’t use their inflatables
