The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very good , easy to walk to restaurants, shops and beach. All areas of the hotel were extremely clean & well maintained. The dining room was very tranquil with gentle piped music. The breakfast buffet & hot plates were very good with plenty of selection. The hotel was quiet especially in the evenings which provided a relaxed & restful holiday.

We requested a ground floor room, as there are no lifts . The staff were very helpful, so we were allocated a room in the annex by the pool , a couple of minutes walk from the main hotel. Unfortunately the room was very small with only approx 2ft each side of the bed, It was difficult to unpack the suitcases as there were no drawers in the room but there were 2 drawers under the bathroom sink. The small wardrobe area was only half length as there was a fridge underneath. The bed had a firm foam mattress. All very clean but a bit too firm for our liking.

The staff is very welcoming, special thanks to EVA, who warmly received us, despite our very late arrival, she was very kind and even helped carrying the luggage ! The room is good enough to rest comfortably after a long day in the beach ! Breakfast, cleaning and reception services are very good as well. (for cleaning services I would like to ping MANOLIA, for her kindness and always smiling face :) ) Also,I liked that we had the possibility to rent some beach gadgets in the reception, which was very helpful.

I find the pool's size a bit small, and the space around is not carefully thought-out. There is no elevator. Honestly, that was fine during our stay but in arrival and departure days we had to carry our luggage in stairs to and from the 2nd floor.

Loved the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, table and chairs; the relaxing couch with selection of books; the delicious buffet breakfasts which filled me up to late afternoon (really enjoyed the pancakes with bacon and maple syrup); the cosy bar and terrace; the killer jugs of sangria on hot afternoons; the Irish coffee and generous glasses of Rioja on cool evenings; the friendly, hard-working, competent, respectful and intelligent staff who worked as a team to take care of guests - not once in 10 days did I hear anyone complain. The staff recommended activities and trips and booked these for me. There was also the option of car or bike hire. Dinners were reasonably priced and cooked to order. My room was comfortable and clean and serviced daily. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Would have loved to be able to buy bar snacks in the afternoon to enjoy with my drink - like olives or crisps or cheese and biscuits. Other than that - zero complaints.

Hotel is a small family run business in a great, quiet location, just a short walk to the centre, and beaches. I stayed in the annex, which is by the pool, about 50 yards from the main hotel. It's immaculately clean, and the service was helpful and friendly. They provide pool/ beach towels on request, which is a nice touch, arrange transfers, and advise on trips. My single room was very modern, with a comfortable bed, great shower, and a nice balcony. It was great to have a fridge in the room too. Breakfast was a nice spread; plentiful, with hot buffet options, and good coffee. And at 10 euros you could eat/drink as much as you wanted, so good value. The pool area is quiet, with a beautiful pool, immaculately clean, with plenty of comfy sunbeds. As the beaches were rammed during my visit, this was a good daily option.

The music in the pool area was too loud for my liking with an American rock hits station playing my least favourite music on a loop! The hot buffet bar at breakfast needs to be hotter! Maybe the hot plates need turning on earlier. A hook and/or rail/ soap dish in the lovely new bathroom would be useful.

Located less than a 2 minute walk to the centre so close to all shops, restaurants & the beaches. We stayed in the complex where the pool is located which is separate from the actual hotel. It was such a peaceful spot, spotlessly clean rooms which were cleaned every day. Both the beds & pillows were so comfortable. It has a lovely pool area & thankfully no reserving of sun beds which made for a very tranquil atmosphere. All the staff were so pleasant & helpful.

A kettle in the hotel room to make a tea/coffee would have been nice.

The apartment was spotless clean, perfect location close to the beach & shops, the staff were really helpful & friendly. Planning to take my Family back next year. 100% recommended.

This hotel is amazing. Honestly 10/10. We asked for a quiet room on a higher floor and that's exactly what we got, a room in the pool building (50m away from the main hotel building) which is off the main street and so was exceptionally quiet. The hotel itself and room were sparkling clean, good strong air con in the room. Bright and spacious room. Awesome location 5 mins away from the bus stop with buses coming to/from airport and Cala Mondrago, 5 mins away from the main centre with all the restaurants and 7 min walk to Cala Gran. But the biggest asset of the hotel is the staff. They are so lovely, always smiling and willing to help. Big thank you to Pilar who helped us so much on our departure day. We were allowed to check out a little late, put our luggage in a store room to go to the beach, and on our return she had prepared towels for us and let us use the shower near reception (which again was sparkling clean), everything at no extra cost. These little details make such a difference for a customer and if we are ever back in Cala D'Or we will definitely stay here again.

The only minor issue was because many people were leaving their air con on 24/7 this was putting a strain on the electrical system and sometimes the electricity would stop momentarily, but it honestly was not a big deal as it would quickly restart. Would definitely stay at this hotel again

Amazing house for our family of 5 adults. Staff was very gentle and breaskfast was nice. The location was just amazing. I will definitely come back.

What a perfect little pearl of a hotel! Pilar and Michael are the perfect hosts for this wonderful place, and the cleaners were all so friendly and adorable. Lovely rooms and private bathrooms, air-con (which we needed), a mini-fridge, a private pool and a great bar all made for a great second stay here. We were even able to borrow a kettle and some cups from the bar. The free wi-fi is a life-saver considering how spotty the coverage can be in Cala d'Or, and the offer of beach towels you can borrow for the duration of your stay is a great touch. And as there were 5 of us, with an evening flight home, the hosts were gracious enough to allow us to keep one of the rooms for a few extra hours, so no dragging our suitcases around (although they do also offer a storage room for suitcases and a shower in the main building). Amazing, and cannot wait to come back. Thanks for another brilliant holiday!

The single bed could have had a slightly softer mattress, if I'm really looking for something I "didn't like". But that's a preference, not really a negative.

Very friendly staff from the reception, Kitchen Staff and Cleaners, who were willing and able to answer any questions we had. Fantastic Breakfast Buffet style with great selection of foods, plenty of different breads, meat and fruit. Cleanliness was fantastic with bedsheets and rooms cleaned daily, along with the facilities such as the pool at the Hotel. Great Location in town centre, close enough to all the beaches, shops and restaurants, with the Marina only 30 min walk, but the Hotel is quiet and peaceful for goods nights sleep. For further travel bus stop was only 5 mins away. Easy to get from Airport to Hotel thanks to the shuttle bus link.

We first checked-in to ground floor room which did have ants, but this was due to the Season and hot weather. The Hotel was happy to let us swap rooms though, to a room on Second Floor 😁
