Beautiful decor, lovely pool area with large, comfortable loungers, quality towels. Pool & bar staff very friendly & courteous. Good selection at breakfast, lots of fresh fruit, pastries, cold meats, great coffee machine & freshly made omelettes available Very comfortable beds & pillows, quality bathroom fittings & sumptuous towels. good shower, we liked the unusual placement of the shower room Staff helpful for booking taxis & the courtesy room was great with fresh towels etc

The pool was by far the best thing about this hotel. Although the hotel has many rooms there was always plenty of day beds to lie out on. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout the stay. Particularly the night porter, who provided us with loads of lovely recommendations for the area!

The area around the property was expensive compared to the likes of Palma Nova. We didn’t eat in Port Portals at all during our stay as it was abobe €30/€40 for a main course. However the city of Palma and other resorts were easy to get to by bus and taxis were very cheap

- there were also other tourists with young children. Playing at the pool all day. This is an adults only hotel, so I don’t understand why this is possible. We booked this hotel to avoid this. Fortunately the children were fairly calm. - the shower has the greatest struggle to maintain temperature and alternates from very hot to very cold constantly. I saw that other guests complaint about this as well on the 8th of August 2023 in their booking review. The hotel promised them that they fixed it after they left. But apparently this known problem not has been fixed yet!

Good location even is is close to other hotels (not isolated) but super easy access by car. Food was amazing. All the team working was super friendly and helpful, during my stay since check-in to check-out. amazing costumer experience in that sense. Specially Mariam who was exceptionally helpful and really caring for the well being during my stay. She allowed me to have a memorable experience in the hotel for a lifetime. Thanks Mariam. Also good words for the chef who was so kind to prepare amazing optional dishes. Food: amazing.

The room I was in was perfect size and cool design. I would only recommend for the shower to check as water comes out when you showering.

the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They helped us with our needs. They were also very approachable so it was not difficult to request for some equipment such as adapters, etc.

The toilet and shower room could have been better if it had clean floorings and tiles. One of the towels had stain on it which looked like fresh stain so that was a put off.

Everything was great from start to finish with our stay. Clean rooms serviced daily. Lovely pool, comfy sun loungers and friendly staff. Not a massive location but location is great and on public transport route if you want to pop to close by towns etc. Really handy spot to stay if youd like to be close to the airport too. Roof top bar open Friday and Saturday night with a brilliant view

No dinner options as far as we were aware if you did want to stay in but happy to pop out for dinner

The facility was stunning. Located amazingly, near both the city centre and amazing beaches, all easily reachable by buses. Staff friendly and always available. Great food and cheap room service.

Since it has an additional cost each time, the cleaning service could be better. At our arrival, some surfaces were very dusty; and when we asked to have the room cleaned throughout the days, apparently, they were only replacing towels and toilet paper, making the bed and tidying the room in general. No vacuum at all.

Convenient location - near bus stops, grocery store, many cafes, beach. Room was spacious, comfortable bed.

Despite the name ‚adults only’ there were children in the hotel. I was waiting for check-in to the room after the designated check-in time. Hotel workers burst into my room several times without knocking, I did not feel safe. During breakfast, the waiters interrupted my meal so that I could pay for breakfast.

The breakfast was fantastic. We really enjoyed the pool area and found there were plenty of sunbeds even with a lot of other guests. Room was perfect and spacious

Only thing is our shower flooded twice. We told the staff the first time which they said they fixed but the same thing happened again. Had to use our own towels to soak up the water

Good location, the breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly. The rooms were spacious and quiet. Apart from a few issues with rooms on arrival the service from the staff was excellent and the hotel experience overall was great. The hotel was an ideal base to go into Palma for dinner/ shopping, but also to have access to a beautiful beach & pool for relaxing.

My friends (party of 3) had booked an extra night and arrived earlier than me. They had difficulty resolving some problems with the room allocated on arrival and also an ongoing problem with the shower not draining properly throughout the stay.
